November 26, 201014 yr Matt and Rebecca would murder it as well, at least Wagner won't send us into a coma
November 26, 201014 yr We need someone like Wagner after Joe McWhatshisname flopping. He was dull as dishwater just like Matt and Rebecca.
November 26, 201014 yr rumoured (but not necessarily true) song choices this week Source: Unreality TV One Direction - Somebody told me The Killers Matt -With or without you u2 and the man that cant be moved the script Wagner-Creep RadioHead & AckeyBreakeyHeart Billy Ray Cyrus Katie -Whats going on 4 Non Blondes Cher - walk this way Aerosmith & Run DMC and Just Like a Pill - PinkOneDirection: PLEASE leave that alone :( Matt: Predictable song choices (Even though he should nail them!) Wagner: LOL and LMFAO! Katie: WOW! AMAZING AND INSPIRING CHOICE! :o Cher: Predictable and OMFG! My fave ever P!nk track! Hopefully she does it well. But overall, I'm pleasently surprised at the inspired song choices/songs that haven't been done on X Factor before! :o
November 26, 201014 yr If true, shockingly good choices except Rebecca (I don't really know the songs so don't know if that will be good) and 1D. Matt's second song should sound nice but utlimately boring. Mary's, Katie's and Cher's are the best picks IMO.
November 26, 201014 yr There are also these rumours Matt Welcome to the Jungle Katie Sex on Fire One Direction You Are So Beautiful If these are true then Matt will top the voting. As for Katie, why? Just why? She will definitely be bottom and go, I mean...so many people love that song and will consider any Katie version a massacre...equally, lots of people detest it and will be put off by the song itself. The other two spoiler choices are much better (especially What's Up , but neither song is as well known as this one, and a great performance of either won't save her with this as her other song. 1D: I do know that song! Rebecca would do a far better version though.
November 26, 201014 yr Cher - first song - predictable  second song - :o WOW!!! She could easily nail this, one of my faves songs from the artist tbh Rebecca - first song - :w00t: This will really suit her imo! Could be her 'moment'! second song - not heard it before so I went to YT, hoping it'd be more upbeat. She needs an upbeat performance to show her versatility. While it's more upbeat than songs like Yesterday and Make You Feel My Love, still not the turnaround she needs. Katie - first song - nice and quirky :) Should suit her! second song - Good choice!!!! I'm thinking she could be great!!!! Matt - first song - yawn, so predictable. He should nail it tho! second song - same One Direction - first song - bland tbh. They've been getting better for the past three or four weeks tho, so I hope they do well. second song - No!!! They're OK, but not good enough to touch this! Mary - first song - Ooh!!!! Surprising choice but she should do well! Hope she's not boring again tho as she has been the past few weeks! second song - Another surprise, but I think she she should do good at this! Wagner - first song - OMG! Murder!!!! He shouldn't be allowed to touch this AT ALL!!!!! second song - LMAO!!!! Rock? It's country to me tbh! Anyway, this should be a good laugh  But it's his time to go!
November 26, 201014 yr LOL are you kidding? His second song will be his BEST ever!!!! It's classic car crash. that would be pretty funny yes, but how is he going to do Creep?! :o remember these may not be true guys
November 26, 201014 yr Somebody on DS said they're not true, the same person who spread false songs last week is at it again apparently :( Was looking forward to Cher's second one and Rebecca's first song.
November 26, 201014 yr As long as Wagner's up-tempo song is true I do not care whether they are false or not
November 26, 201014 yr OK, theres been an updated list on some of the contestants songs on X Factor Updates Katie Waissel – Sex On Fire by the Kings of Leon  Mary Byrne – All I Want Is You by U2 and Brass in Pocket by The Pretenders Wagner – Creep by Radiohead and Addicted to Love by Robert Palmer Cher Lloyd – Walk This Way by Aerosmith Matt Cardle – Welcome To The Jungle by Guns N’Roses One Direction- Summer of 69 by Bryan Adams still, I'd take these with a pinch of salt Edited November 26, 201014 yr by chart wizard
November 27, 201014 yr Why a " " next to Katie's choice? It'll be fantastic for her! Hopefully she manages to pull it off. :D
November 27, 201014 yr Meh it won't matter anyway. 99.9% sure that Katie is going on Saturday, along with sadly Mary.
November 27, 201014 yr Why a " " next to Katie's choice? It'll be fantastic for her! Hopefully she manages to pull it off. :D Frankly it's a song I don't think ANYBODY needs to hear again, preferably for the next five years.
November 27, 201014 yr Yeah we heard sex is on fire last year on x factor, and it was pretty memorable since Jamie sung it in the auditions and people thought he was the winner..... I'd be worried she'll get lost in the song too just like with her first song.....seems a bit too big for her.
November 27, 201014 yr She will massacre it, her voice is nowhere near suited enough to pull off what has become such a massive song.
November 27, 201014 yr I can only echo others comments. Katie's voice is so thin and empty (she proved this singing 'We Are The Champions'), I can't imagine her pulling off Sex On Fire at all. Then again, they might be mere rumours and she will actually sing What's Up by 4 Non Blondes which would make a refreshing change. It's just sad that they recycle the same songs each year. Out of all the songs in the world, it's as if Simon Cowell only knows about 30 songs. -_-
November 27, 201014 yr OK, theres been an updated list on some of the contestants songs on X Factor Updates Katie Waissel – Sex On Fire by the Kings of Leon  Mary Byrne – All I Want Is You by U2 and Brass in Pocket by The Pretenders Wagner – Creep by Radiohead and Addicted to Love by Robert Palmer Cher Lloyd – Walk This Way by Aerosmith Matt Cardle – Welcome To The Jungle by Guns N’Roses One Direction- Summer of 69 by Bryan Adams still, I'd take these with a pinch of salt Katie - Meh Wagner - HA <3 i love him. Cher - Mwha I got it right! Matt - Love that, should have sung Paradise City though One Direction - Love that song aswell!
November 27, 201014 yr Is it a confirmed double elimination? Because we've been thinking this for the past few weeks now... Katie would be an obvious choice for elimination this week, the only others at possible risk being Mary and Wagner unless Rebecca gives some truely forgettable performances. Cher's fans will be in full force to save her this week, and Matt and Wand Erection arent going anywhere anytime soon. Katie really shouldnt be allowed to sing Sex On Fire. If she wants to sing a Kings Of Leon song then do 'Use Somebody or something.
November 27, 201014 yr At the start of the live finals, I genuinely thought Mary would be the most successful from the over 28s but I wouldn't be at all surprised if Mary went tomorrow night over Wagner. Simon, clearly the hypocrite this series, would hate it on camera but love it backstage because it'll cause more outrage/press attention which is what he wants.
