I understood it rising again when Rebecca sang it, but it's quite surprising that it's still there when the likes of 'Mad World' or 'First Time Ever...' or 'Stay' didn't do the same. Also a shame that a lot of people think she wrote it.

Let the record show I predicted this would happen two years ago! Duffy's voice just isn't versatile enough and lent itself Mika-style far too easily to the 'of the time' syndrome...
