This didn't deserve to flop at all. I know there is better single choices on Ten, but i adore this track. When it first leaked i went major loon over it and i still love it. Gabriella magically became eight trillion times fitter between albums so, the video is obviously amazing.

 

The Moto Blano Remix [see bellow] is one of the years best remixes

The only Melodi Grand Prix entry of 2010 and one of two MGP tracks in this list is just missing out on the top15. Allow the lack of play count love, this song is still incredible. I need a new Mira Craig album though. It's been too long.

#15 || Eric Saade - Manboy || 15 Plays

 

 

Eric Saade's Melodifestivalen entry Manboy is the first track in the top15. [i only got the album a week ago hence the 15plays] This clearly would have been a better entry than that dull bitch Sweden sent instead. Teenage Girls across Europe would have looned for this. Especially given the reaction he got just for reading out the votes.

#14 || Lethal Bizzle, Nick Bridges & Lucianna - Go Go Go! || 78 Plays

 

 

Any body who doesn't think this is amazing is wrong. Simple as that. Shouldn't have flopped. This is one of the best dance tracks of recent times featuring the Queen of dance, Luciana. Luciana has another entry on this chart!

#13 || Kelly Rowland & David Guetta - Commander || 75 Plays

 

 

This was the anthem to my 21st back in the height of summer. f***ing epic track in every sense of the phrase. The only bad thing is that the DJ refused to play it when we were out :( bast*rd.

#12 || Vanessa Amorosi - This Is Who I Am || 74 Plays

 

 

Another track that didn't deserve to flop. This time Vanessa 'Absolutely Everybody' Amorosi with my power anthem This Is Who I Am. Such a great track, with amazing lyrics it's hard not to relate to/love this track.

 

And we'll ignore the re**** International video in favour of the Aussie original

Another shouldn't have flopped but did track here, this time the recently released White Light Moment. Scandipop Robyn style except three trillion times better.

#10 || Kaci Battaglia - Crazy Possessive || 85 Plays

 

 

Onto the big shots now. Everything here is easily a 10/10 moment.

 

Trashy, catty electropop with it's oh so sleazy video did $h!t all in the UK charts when it was released in May which is a shame as this is a f***ing anthem. I would love to hear this out.

#9 || Kid Sister & Cee-Lo - Daydreaming || 206 Plays - 20th Most Played of All Time

 

 

By all rights i should hate Kid Sister. She is after all a rapper and mainly RnB. Except her tracks have a dance twist, and since the re-emergence of my Dance looning this has become a massive track for me. Easily my most played song of 2010 with a massive 206 plays Daydreaming is incredible.

#8 || Girlicious - Maniac || 41 Plays

 

 

The video is a complete slutfest, yet utterly incredible. This utterly incredible track is the 2nd highest BJSC track entered by a country other than Ashton. Its more trashyelectro but it's a genre highlight.

#7 || Gabriella Cilmi - On A Mission || 263 Plays

 

 

My most played track of 2010 with a huge number of plays spread across the various versions i have on iTunes [Remixes, Radio rip, Album and single] 92 plays being the highest individual number meaning it has yet to join Don't Wanna Go To Bed in my top100 most played.

 

The Cilmi's return early this year was met by mass looning on my part and much Squeeing. After hearing this i though the competition for song of the year was sewn up there and then. However, 6 tracks managed to sneak in ahead of it.

 

Scraping the top10 in a major f*** you to radio 1 who snubbed it, this track over came the odds and she truly was a woman on a mission in 2010. Ten remains one of the best albums of 2010 and its easily in my top25 of all time. Shame it wasn't quite as epic as the debut.

#6 || Kid Sister - Big N Bad || 81 Plays

 

 

With the utterly mind blowingly brilliant Big N Bad, Kid Sister is at #6. From the epic rapping to the sublime electro backing track [Which i swear is a sample, i just can't put my finger on what it reminds me off] this was released in the summer and flopped big style in the US which is criminal as this is the stand out for me from Ultraviolet. If you haven't heard this track yet, it's about time you did. As Kid Sis herself says 'This shits retarded'

#5 || Tone Damli Aaberge - Crazy Cool || 53 Plays

 

 

An uptempo from the Queen of String laden Scandipop [aka Queen Tone Damli of Music/Life] Crazy Cool is the second single from Cocool which followed the track 2 weeks later [i discovered it just under a month ago] Cocool is responsible for my transformation from Sugaloon into Toneloon. She quite simply blew everyone out the water with the best album of 2010. Unfortunately Crazy Cool and Cocool only managed to hit the 20's in Norway :( I for one however, am utterly thrill she went up tempo. It was about f***ing time.

#4 || Tone Damli Aaberge - I Love You || 102 Plays

 

 

The first single from Cocool was entered by Tinnmark into BJSC, naturally i went nuts for it and crowned it best song ever and gave it 18points. This is the Highest track in this chart not entered by Ashton.

 

This string laden epic is typical Tone Damli, and by that i don't just mean that it's a 343615405340368/10 it's proper I Know by numbers which is why it fits so well onto the International version of the album :lol:

#3 || Tone Damli Aaberge - Butterflies || 380 Plays - 9th Most Played Track Of All Time [324]

 

 

The best song of 2009 was released in the UK just weeks ago making it eligible for this chart :cheer:

 

Butterflies is the highest Eurovision related track in the countdown having come 2nd to Alexander Rybak and his Fairytale in Melodi Grand Prix 2009. I personally would take this track over Fairytale any day of the year. It's just far better. I think this would have walked ESC.

 

This is Norwegian Idol Alumni Tone's signature track and is the template for Tone by Numbers. Strings - check. Key Change - check. General amazingness - check. This is one of my favourite tracks of all time, it's just incredible.

 

The track that came off the MGP compilation has a massive 324 plays making it my 9th most played track. The UK single contribute 26 plays 22 from I Know [Nor] and 8 from I Know [intl]

 

Butterflies came 4th in BJSC XX, and 9th in TBO XI - XX for Ashton

#2 || Tone Damli Aaberge & Vinni - Stuck In My Head || 105 Plays

 

 

One of the initial stand outs of the sublime Cocool is Stuck In My Head. Confirmed as the second single just over a week ago with a performance on X Factor Norway which shot it to #3 on the Norwegian iTunes chart. The video arrived three days after. This has very very very quickly become my favourite track by Tone Damli. The live performance showed Tone playing the Piano, a skill even i didn't know she possessed. :o

 

This track is clearly Love The Way You Lie - Pt3 except so far superior to the Rihanna/Eminem collab it's basically offensive to Stuck In My Head to mention it with LTWYL.

 

The exceptionally talented and beautiful Tone Damli NEEDS to release this over here ASAP. If i was her manager there wouldn't even be a discussion about it. She'd be releasing this in Feb and it would be f***ing huge.
