Re; 'Loca' by Shakira I'm not at all surprised that it's bombing. It's such a non song regardless of how successful the track has been in Europe. If a great track like 'Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)' couldn't go top 20 in the UK, then 'Loca' definitely doesn't deserve to.

Also surprised at Matt Cardle's pop bars. He had a massive lead yesterday and now Rihanna's pop bar is just roughly 50% of Matt's. Either Rihanna has gained a hell of a lot, or (more likely) Matt's pop bar has significantly dropped in 24 hours.

I've just heard the single version of JLS's next single (with Tinie's rap verse). It's soooo good, I'm actually shocked by how good it is! Why did they release Love You More when they had that track. It's like how One Shot from their last album was so much better than the other two singles.

However, it sounds, like, exactly the same as Heaven by DJ Sammy. Not that it's a bad thing, of course.

Listening to it right now.

It's brilliant, is it definitely the next single?

The best song I've heard from them.

For once I agree with you. :o Well 'One Shot' and this are both undeniably streets ahead of the others in terms of quality anyway.

Also great to see Tinie's new single at 24.

Should be another big hit for him.

This year really has been Tinie's year.

2 no.1 singles, a no.2 single, a no.4 single and a no.1 album.

wow matt falling fast and rihanna keeping quite strong. lookin good for a bad romance-esque new year #1 for whats my name! (hopefully!)

I think Love You More was a good single as they'd never released a ballad before, but the real question is why did they release The Club Is Alive

Don't forget Tinie has also featured on one of the best-selling album track of all-time! Does anybody actually know for a fact what the best-selling album tracks of all-time are? I mean, we had a potentially massive album track in Love the Way You Lie, but it got announced as a single a couple of weeks after it started charting anyway.

Hopefully Tinie can get 3 more top 10 hits with Invincible, that JLS song and then Wonderman. But I wonder what's going to happen after that...

Or perhaps he'll focus on other countries: Written in the Stars is #2 in Norway at the moment, for example: http://www.norwegiancharts.com/weekchart.a...01049&cat=s

Turns out the UK isn't the only Rihanna dominated chart at the moment!! They've got Only Girl, Who's That Chick?, What's My Name?, and oddly enough S&M in their top 20! :o And S&M has already peaked at #4 in Norway. S&M is only #65 on UK iTunes at the moment. :( Although that's still pretty high, considering What's My Name? was due to be released in January initially. Looks like Rihanna is going to have to move the release date of S&M forward too. If it's #65 now, I wonder how well it'll do when it gets more radio airplay, and gets a video! :o

Infact, the more surprising thing I've just noticed is that I Am Not a Robot is top 20 there! That's weird, since that song struggled in her home country. :(

Could the iTunes chart bug finally be fixed...?

Comparing today's T1000 to yesterday's, nothing above #494 dropped out, which was a typical pre-bug highest dropout level.

Is it too soon to hope - only time will tell...

I think it's a great song, possibly better than Waka Waka, and you would think that Dizzee Rascal would add some cachet and get it onto radio. I still don't think this is the official release though, it's been taken down from Amazon. They've clearly delayed it and not told us.

Because everyone`s buying the physical single lol. Reports that lots of stores sold out by lunchtime and some not even received copies yet.

There were plenty in HMV Trocadero last night, but I guess you mean supermarkets and stuff...

My local HMV have sold out of Matt. Was rather gutted to be honest, came back with Olly Murs new album though. From the first 4 tracks so far, it doesn't sound all that bad!

Olly's second version of Thinking Of Me has climbed quite a bit over the week, I remember it being #95 during the weekend.

If it was "last night" - they would have had another shipment later in the day

Invincible #22 :D Hope it climbs in to top 20 by end of week on iTunes, and gets a decent position next week within top 15.

What's My Name should be #1 again by possibly even weekend? :) When We Collide will still be #1 though, should have huge physical sales, i wonder what the chart-run will be like because sales this week are just mahoosive.

I know not everyone's cup of tea - but I'm loving Katherine Jenkins - Tell Me I'm Not Dreaming which is at #208 at the moment. Such a lush song

First time I heard that I thought it was an album track from Joe McElderry - Wide Awake. Not into Katherine she isn't my cup of tea the song I find very boring.
