Trust me I know, I still get lectures if I don't come home for a night or two. My parents still believe it is 1950.

'Inbetweeners' gets August release date

The Inbetweeners movie has been confirmed for a UK cinema release this summer.

The film, in which Will (Simon Bird), Jay (James Buckley), Simon (Joe Thomas) and Neil (Blake Harrison) embark on a lads' holiday to Malia, will open on August 19 through Entertainment Film Distributors.

According to the Film Distributors' Association schedule, The Inbetweeners will open against Conan The Barbarian, Spy Kids 4 and J.J. Abrams's Super 8.

A recent report claimed that three of the main characters will have a love interest, while Will spends the entirety of the holiday sporting a phallic-shaped sunburn.

Ben Palmer is helming the movie from a script by series creators Damon Beesley and Iain Morris.

James BuckleyJoe ThomasTVMoviesThe InbetweenersThe Inbetweeners have joked that there will be five testicle reveals in their movie debut.

Speaking at the British Comedy Awards, James Buckley promised that fans would see a handful of genitalia shots in the big screen outing of the Channel 4 show. However, he added that they would all belong to co-star Joe Thomas.

i love that line from Jay at the end, but they recycled it from a series 2 episode. which by coincidence i watched last night.

Not getting me excited really by that teaser. I know a teaser is meant to show a small amount but still

Gotta love Jay's line at the end. That won it for me.

Well that showed us a grand total of nothing but it's only a teaser so I wouldn't worry yet...

Looks brilliant. I just love watching their facial expressions, they're classic!

Getting me pumped for my lads holiday now.

The full trailer is on their facebook page, I think I speak for everyone when I say it looks fucking incredible.

this is totally gonna be kevin and perry go large type greatness. i hope.

i get a horrid feeling they might rehash some already used ideas though.

That is genuinely one of the funniest trailers I've seen all year, so far. Really, really excited for this!
