Cheers or S&M for 3rd official single

Neither, I'd prefer Cali King Bed.

 

But probably S&M seeing as it would quite obviously be a huge hit for her and it has grown on me recently.

I'd think S&M would do well, selling so many copies of the album means she is going to need a big controversial track to get a huge hit. Cheers is a great track but I think it'd flop for a single.

They'd be daft to release 'Cheers' over 'S&M', quite frankly.

Out of those two I'd choose Cheers - I don't really get the hype for S&M, Raining Men is better.

^ I really hope they don't release Cheers. :drama: Its by far the worst track on the album imo. :(

Out of the two, easily 'Cheers (Drink to that)' (It'll be a massive drunken weekend anthem in clubs and stuff). 'S&M' was good for the first couple of listens, then it got annoying and is my least favourite on the album now (although still a solid 7.5 out of 10!)

 

But my personal preference would have been;

 

03. 'California King Bed'

04. 'Complicated'

05. 'Fading'

 

As long as (at least) two of those three are released, I won't be bothered.

S&M, very reluctantly though seeing as it's shit, but alas it's going to be a huge hit. Cali King Bed, Cheers and Complicated all need a release too though.

I'd prefer "Cheers", but if you take into consideration the interest in "S&M", I'm sure they'll go with that one.

'cheers' by far! it's my favourite rihanna song ever. :wub: would be brilliant if it was released.

's&m' just sounds too much like her last 2 singles released I think.

Has to be S&M, cheers is boring, will do a te amo if released peak around 15.

 

S&M wont have the longevity of only girl but it will smash for a few weeks and keep the albums selling and a hot video will keep rihanna ruling the music channels.

 

 

personally for me the released single would be -

 

only girl

what's my name

S&M (end of jan/feb)

california king bed (end of march)

complicated (june)

fading (aug)

 

then a rerelease in october with a new smash single to go with the tour and promoting it on the x factor.

I do LOVE both, but I think S&M would do better
