January 25, 201114 yr Hearing Lacey Turner swear was shocking. But also kinda arousing. Stacey Slater has never sworn?
January 25, 201114 yr Not bad ratings at all. Down 300,000 on last years opening episode but still the second highest episode figure they've had. Lacey Turner returns in the last episode apparantly.
January 30, 201114 yr Another brilliant episode tonight. The scene where they rescued Adam was wonderfully camp and hilarious. The red button spin-off is intriguing as well.
January 30, 201114 yr It wasn't a patch on last week, in fact it felt rather directionless I thought. I wasn't too taken with Adam. Mitchell's story is a bit grim and George/Nina/Annie don't even seem to have stories at the minute.
January 30, 201114 yr Enjoyed the second episode, didnt think it was up to the standard of last week though. I rather wish there were more scenes of the four together, or at least less of Nina/George being in a completly different storyline to Annie/Mitchell half the time. Saying that, Nina and George are such a fantastic double act. Not sure about the relationship between Annie and Mitchell though, I've always wanted it to happen but now it kinda feels forced to please the fans. Adam was marvellous but as the previews for next week seem to show, were again bringing in a character for an episode before getting rid of them. There was no mention of the Robson Green subplot from last week, and still no Herrick back.
January 31, 201114 yr I liked the episode, at the end I got to like Adam a bit more... I do wish they wouldn't take in characters and then just send them away on a train at the end of the episode, it's like something Eastenders would do. :/ You'll see them taking taxis around corners next. Would be nice if Adam had stuck around, I wonder about those characters we met very briefly from the first and second season....like Bernie it would be interesting to see how they're getting on. btw, I could have sworn that girl flirting at the end with Adam was a vampire and that it was going to be some kind of mega twist. (they even commented on how pale she was) Edited January 31, 201114 yr by Sabrewulf
January 31, 201114 yr I thought that was another impressive episode, not a patch on last week though- not sure about the sub-plot with Mitchell though, I did get to like Adam as it went along
February 7, 201114 yr An improvement on last week definatly. Despite my distaste for the 'monster of the week' type of scenario, Being Human do tend to do that type of subplot well, Sasha ('like the Beyonce album') was a fantastic character I thought. Fabolous but ultimetly tragic. Didnt enjoy Graham as much, bit of a bore, and frankly I was very pleased when Mitchell got rid of him. Annie was considerly better utilised this week aswell, but I still dont completly buy her and Mitchell as a couple. The Nina & George storyline has gone down the route I thought it would, but it's an interesting one at that. Not overly looking forward to the Robson Green return but there we are. I demande Herick returns soon though, and preferbly Daisy and Kara with him.
February 7, 201114 yr This series doesn't seem to have any direction. There's no long-running threat, just episodic troubles which come and go. Shame because the actual quality of the writing is much better than the last series and Annie, George and Nina are all being really well utilised. But they need to sort Mitchell out. He's CONSTANTLY SO MISERABLE lately.
February 7, 201114 yr I thought that was a really good episode there :D a really good story I thought although I do agree there doesn't seem to be a focus or something building up- its what makes shows like this exciting and I hope they do this soon :(
February 7, 201114 yr I suppose in one way it makes things more natural (maybe not the best word) in that there isn't exactly some obvious build up to a cataclysmic showdown. I really liked Sasha, figures she'd have to go.....although I never really thought she'd stick around. They can't really afford to have more than four main characters now. I hope we'll see a Zombie again in the future. Somehow I'm surprised Sasha didn't refuse to go through the door... One final thing, what will happen if Nina goes into labour during a full moon? I'm calling it now. Edited February 7, 201114 yr by Sabrewulf

February 15, 201114 yr I think episode 4 may have been my favourite of the series so far actually, I've never really thought much of Robson Green but he was terrific! The werewolves storyline on the whole I think was fantastic, and a nice contrast with the Mitchell/Annie stuff whom I'm glad the writers havent just stuck as a normal couple now. Annie trying to get Mitchell aroused was one of the most cringelly funny things I've seen. I really Annie is now being used a lot better than she previously was, she's connecting the entirity of the show together really now. And Hericks back! Cant wait for the next episode now. Kara back aswell which is good, but no sign of Daizy?
February 15, 201114 yr The latest episode made me realized that Annie and Mitchell really are not right for each other. Every scene with them as a couple together is so cringy....it doesn't feel real at all. It's like he's dating his sister.
February 21, 201114 yr I'm really quite unsure about tonights episode to be honest. Tonight definatly went against the overall theme of the series of concentraiting on the comedy a lot more, I was glad when Wendy got out of the house alive frankly as it was horribly and wonderfully tense through most of it. I was convinced someone would be dead by the end. Nicole Walker was marvellous in my opinion, it took me a while to recognize from Spooks, but she was very good at comedy. It was good to see Kara back aswell, as brief as it was. People seem very torn on Mitchell/Nina, but I'm very much so of the opinion that Nina was horribly in the wrong. Not to defend Mitchells actions too much but I cant believe she's stupid enough to fall for Hericks words as quickly as she did. There was something distinctally unlikeable about in the last half of the episode frankly. Up until Annie's scene with Herrick I wasnt really taken with things but her 'I'm on to you little man' line was fantastic, Russell Tovey was very annoying on the otherhand. On the whole, a mixed episode for me. Evidently this has to be Mitchells last series and I dont know if I want them to continue without the original three.
February 21, 201114 yr I'm just fed up with Mitchell's moodiness. Its like he's barely developed since series 1. Nina is about the only character I find interesting at the moment although like you said Annie was superb in that last scene.
February 21, 201114 yr I think it was a good episode - Its good to see something building up now that Herick is back (and evidently isn't reformed :P) Mitchell is getting frustrating now though, he's always miserable and well, a bit of a prat- I mean its understandable, but he could use a brighter sub-plot or something
February 21, 201114 yr I loved Wendy! Shame Kara killed herself though...such wasted potential. I'm starting to really dislike Mitchell, for one thing he was a prick to Annie (and of course she fell straight back into his arms). Mitchell and Annie has to be one of the most awkward mismatched couplings on TV at the moment. It's actually gotten to the point where I was happy when Nina found out and rang up the police.....even though Herrick obviously seems to be pulling the strings. I agree Aled there was a lot of "somebodies gonna die" tense moments throughout. In defence of Nina she was the one who cared for Herrick the most, plus she missed most of the awful things he did....so she wouldn't have as many conceptions of him. Frankly if I was in her position I'd probably do the same thing...or something similar. Edited February 21, 201114 yr by Sabrewulf
February 28, 201114 yr The latest episode was pretty interesting, shame I think there's only two episodes left though. :( The storyline with Nancy/Mitchell should be interesting. Oooooh that P.E teacher who was with George's mum was some prick! Totally infuriating to listen to him. :(
February 28, 201114 yr If it werent for the fact that all the interviews with the cast suggest otherwise, I'd be sure this is now the last season. Because the George and his parents reuniting plot seemed basically like tying up a loose end the show still had. It bored me a bit at times but I certainly didnt see his dad not actually being a ghost coming at all. It was nice sort of filler-ish episode from last week drama, and it was decent. I like Nancy, certainly a lot more than what most people seem to. She seems a lot like Wendy before her job killed her basically, even if seems a bit too Veronica Mars-esque really. She wont be getting out of episdoe 7 alive in my opinion. The scene with her and Herrick at he door was fantastic in my opinion, as was him looking up at her from the roof. Both were really taken from horror films and it's clear Being Human does tension fantasticlly. Annie has to take highlight of the episode for the second week in a row though. I want her to sing Cheryl Cole at my funriel too. I liked the episode on the whole but it was clearly really just a stop over in between the last two episodes and last weeks revelations.
