Swedish duo Sheelah ease up a spot to bag their second No.1 with The Last Time, following last year's Psycho!!! Britney Spears slides a place to No.2 with Hold It Against Me ahead of Adele who scores her first top three hit with Rolling In The Deep, up ten places to No.3 this week!!! Norwegian band Babel Fish debut at No.4 with Depend On Me whilst Icelandic singer Yohanna scores her second top five hit with Nótt up to No.5 this week!!! In a barely changing albums top five, Adele and Bruno Mars retain the No.1 and No.2 spot for a second week whilst Rihanna's Loud stays put at No.3 and Ellie Goulding's Bright Lights remains at No.5...Irish singer Imelda May marks the only change as her album Mayhem debuts at No.4 this week!!!

Thanks Jonjo! Norway's MGP is pretty good this year, I did prefer LOVE more songs in last year's if I'm honest but the overall quality I suppose is better. I love Le Kid's version of Mr Brightside! I know it's a massive guilty pleasure but they've really made it a euphoric pop track imo! Agreed about Skylar, definitely one to watch this year - bags of potential judging by what she's done so far! As for BEP's, funnily enough it wasn't an instant album highlight for me but listening back I can see why it's been picked as the new single - it has a sort of Meet Me Halfway vibe to it, although Fergie's voice sounds a bit high pitched on it...

Thanks Dre, imo it's as good as Psycho - a lot less frantic and fast paced but I still absolutely love it. Seriously great start for them - two #1's in my chart, I can't think of any other random unsigned act that have done that :lol:

 

Me too, in fact I finally got round to downloading Mr Saxobeat this week, I kept forgetting to even though I like it - hopefully it will make it to UK shores, has it been played on Floor Fillers yet?

 

I agree, it's very much a male Release Me with those strings. I don't like it anywhere near as much but it's still one of his best, along with SOS, Feelgood, Natalie and Love In Stereo. He's had quite a few hits in my chart :o I think the Fragma song has a tacky charm to it but I can't see it making my top 20.
