It is to me.

I think Only Hermit the Frog does nothing for me - although Hollywood and Girls are a weak too. Everything else has at least one thing that's a little bit special in it.

I would have thought Marina would be far too interesting for Alex to like.

Why ? Her music is very pop in my eyes. :)

"Hollywood" is my favourite song on "Family Jewels".

Top 5 :

1. Hollywood

2. Oh, No !

3. Seventeen

4. I'm Not A Robot

5. Numb

I dont understand how you can tolerate Marina but yet you hate Kate Bush. Seventeen isn't on my version of the album.

I think, that my favourite Marina's songs : "Bubblegum Bitch", "Hollywood", "Oh No" are so far from Kate Bush. :)

Sometimes Marina's lyrics are very fun.

It is pop but I thought it would be too strange for you. Even on Oh No and Hollywood, her vocals have personality and are distinctive.

Such a great album, hmmmm... Power & Control did well in the charts  I do really like it though

New song alert: Marina and the Diamonds AND Charli XCX - Just Desserts.

She tweeted the link like 5 minutes ago so I listened to it on my phone. Now that I've come on my laptop to post the YouTube link, it appears to have been deleted and I can't find it on YouTube. It sounded amazing though!

It sounds like a grower, I'm quite alienated on first listen.
