Diana has said that her 2nd album should be out before summer so definitely looking forward to this. :wub: Diana has been said to be working with Nerina Pallot (Put It Back Together), Eg White (Once), Starsmith, Chris Braide & Dee Adam (My Wicked Heart). She's also travelled to Los Angeles to work with John Shanks and Diane Warren, so it looks like she's on a similar or larger budget compared to Cherry Tree which is good news! :yahoo:

 

If she has 2 killer singles with heavy promo before album release, I think she could have a lot of success this era. Here's hoping! :D

I was a bit mixed on her debut album but i couldn't have loved it that much as only two songs made my ipod and sold it in the end. I don't see huge commericial success for Diana at all. I think she will have modest success. But she will need to bring in a bit more money for her Label to keep her around. If not, she could always resume a theatre career. She did get a lot of acclaim when she did it prior to her album's release.

I'm glad she got a second chance- she kind of underperformed last era so I hope she can do better this time around :( her debut album was pretty good mainly, hopefully this will be better

The Sun reports that Diana is to have a 'heavier' and 'rockier' sound after working with rockers Starsailor :D

I can't see this doing much, radio 1 will ignore I imagine!

I think she's sold 500k total in the uk. Hopefully R1 will get behind it! They absolutely loved her at the beginning so you'd think they'd at least playlist the first single.

I hope this goes well for her, i loved the lfirst album and im still disapointed my wicked heart didnt do better as i love the song,im looking forward to hearing the sound of her 2nd album, hopefully she has a strong lead single lined up that will get her radio support, if that happens she may do ok with this album, fingers crossed.
