November 19, 201113 yr Mine was dispatched Thursday but hasn't arrived yet. :( Hopefully it will come on Monday! Yeah, same here :( Never mind! :)
November 19, 201113 yr But you do know that Ego, Wordshaker, Higher etc all have auto-tune in them? It is finding fault when you say that you don't like a song because their vocals in said song have been auto-tuned. The fact they use it takes nothing away from the song, they are dance-pop songs! And that's fine, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Yours is slightly hypocritical though, considering the reasons you gave for disliking the new stuff and liking the older ones. I just said in my last post auto tune an be used differently in any song, I know those songs do but I feel it work better in them. So its not hypocritical just because you fail to understand what I meant or just needed to read it a bit better next time :).

So its not hypocritical just because you fail to understand what I meant or just needed to read it a bit better next time :). haha okay! :) I'm jealous of all those that got their albums today :( I'll be at work on Monday, so I was hoping to get it today as I won't get it until Tuesday as I'll have to go to the Post Office to pick it up!
November 19, 201113 yr From 'The Almost Saturday Chart Thread' The Album chart with pre-orders added in for next week: 10 Nickleback 09 The Saturdays 08 Westlife 07 Michael Buble 06 Snow Patrol 05 JLS 04 Kate Bush 03 One Direction 02 Rihanna 01 Now 80 Taking out Now 80 as it isn't eligible for the album chart.
November 19, 201113 yr Apparently they are on x factor tonight (cameo apperance for little mix) weird that their still not performing on main show mOre now
November 19, 201113 yr Yup, they were on the main show! I cheered, and then just stared at Mollie. I love her speaking voice, honestly!
November 19, 201113 yr I wonder why Frankie was in rehearsal with them when she hasn't been doing their actual promo performances. There's some rumour on PJ that Do What You Want With Me will be the next single...
November 19, 201113 yr Ideally, The Saturdays would duet with Little Mix in the final  I wonder if it may happen, it'd be too much of an inbetween time for a singles boost but they could help the album! As if though, LM will definitely get Jessie J.
November 19, 201113 yr Do What You Want With Me next single? Not the best, not the worst. I guess it should have been single 3 over My Heart Takes Over though, I am rooting for White Lies or Faster.
November 20, 201113 yr Is there any promo lined up for this week? Doesn't seem to be... :( Sometimes I get the feeling that the girls/management seem to think they can sell on name alone, and they seem so laid back about this release, it's weird. Yes they're established to a certain extent I guess, but they're not the type of artist yet who can do next to no promo (other than tweeting iTunes links and tweets) and expect good sales and performance - they need to be here, there and everywhere imo. Hopefully they might do some album signings but I guess they'd already have revealed them if they were to. Edited November 20, 201113 yr by Encore
November 20, 201113 yr They're absolute idiots if they don't do any album signings. If they done six signings, with 500 fans at each one, that's already 3K. 3K could be the difference between a #10 album and a #11 album.
November 20, 201113 yr 10 All Fired Up 10 Notorious 10 Faster 09 My Heart Takes Over 08 Get Ready, Get set 08 The Way You Watch Me (feat. Travie McCoy) 08 For Myself 10 Do What You Want With Me 09 Promise Me 09 Wish I Didn't Know 09 White Lies 10 Last Call 07 I Say OK 09 Move On U Overall it's a very solid album, only let down by 'I Say OK', which i tend to skip, however it's not terrible. Unlike other albums where they had a stand out track or so (WS - Ego, Headlines - Higher etc) there is so many songs on here that could be singles! Faster, White Lies, The Way You Watch Me and Last Call all have potential to be singles in my opinion. Edited November 20, 201113 yr by Lew
November 20, 201113 yr 18 actually, and yes I'm highly doubtful that this album will even go top 15 now. I'll say #16 with sales of 23k.
November 20, 201113 yr Tbf Pixie's album was absolutely abysmal. They're both in a similar position of being launched by the wrong single which underperformed, so I'd say The Saturdays can hope for no better than 15 at a push.
November 20, 201113 yr We'll have to wait and see what happens Tuesday morning to have any real idea of how this is going to go down tbh. Anywhere between 8-22 seems realistic at this point. Sales are quite close.
November 20, 201113 yr Anyone know how it's doing on iTunes? They're #82 on the Amazon top 100 albums. By contrast Pixie's flop album is #65. Jesus.
November 20, 201113 yr Pixie's new album debuted at #17 - Should we be worried? But that's actually good news, it shows that you don't have to be top10 to have good sales/a good result. Off topic...I'm from Spain, I hope I get the fan edition on Tuesday as very late!
November 20, 201113 yr But that's actually good news, it shows that you don't have to be top10 to have good sales/a good result. What makes you think she'll have had good sales? At that position I would be surprised if she got above 20k. And that's an appalling result.
