Oh R1 will play this no problem, I think the real decided will be what promo she does for it. That seems to have been the clincher with her singles so far, if she gets a high profile performance or 2 in I have no doubt this will be another top 10 with ease.
Also, have I been listening to a pichted up/faster version of this song all the time or is it really that slow as in the video?

I much prefer the one that's a bit faster.

 

It seems to be the same as the album version, which is the one that I've been listening to. I'd imagine it will be this tempo on radio and wherever it's promoted.

 

I hate it when the version of a song you've been listening to is different to the official one that everyone else knows and gets played everywhere. I used to have a slower version of 'Love The Way You Lie' and everytime I heard it on the radio, it would sound weird to me. :lol: But I have adjusted to the offical version now :D

On the website of one of the links it said that she had to film 'Wet' in one day, because she had to fit it around the filiming the US X Factor. So I don't think any promotion in the UK is going to be likely. :(

I LOVE this. :wub: heard it on the box earlier (it's big at box hq too) and I was really impressed. my favourite single from her, really instant. does sound a lot like 'only girl (in the world)' though but I'm not complaining.

Yeah. For me it's just the backing instrumental at the beginning of the chorus (and I guess the general instrumentation in the song, but that's expected, since they're the same genre and the same producers). It's not that big a deal, and it's a great melody anyway.

It's an alright video but I expected her to get wetter towards the end. :P Seemed like a missed opportunity not to turn the sprinklers on and have her dance completely soaked like Leona at the end of the Bleeding Love video.

The vid for this is amazing, I love the bit that Davidson has in his sig, how can she do that!? It makes me want to go back to dance lessons! lol
