Would prefer Adele to hold on, but out of Nicole and The Wanted I think Nicole is alot better - plus Grami was right about the Wanted, they follow a great song with a crap one!

OVER THE MOON ABOUT NICOLE :D How far away is she from Number 1 does anyone know? :)

Glad Parade are doing well. I like 'Louder' It's quite cheesey but not too cheesey.

I was always thinking, if Poison had got the #1 that week, it's chart run would've looked really bad. I was gutted it didn't get #1, as it was against Your Song and the X Factor Finalists, so I was rooting for it.

I could see this being a similar situation actually. Nicole being #1 on iTunes, but only making #3 officially due to another song with high physical sales and another song being less frontloaded. I hope I'm wrong though, I'd love Nicole to be #1.

#1 Don't Hold Your Breath  :yahoo:

YAY! :D So glad she's number one, Is Adele still Number 1 combined? :)

Born This Way is unlikely to ever be #1 then :o May just be in top 10 for weeks and weeks though and sell a lot over a long period? I heard a stripped down version may be released, maybe that would have a better chance making #1?

The video was a let down..it shouldnt have been so dark and stupidly weird.

Yes Adele is still #1 combined, but not for long i predict. She's had #1 for 4 weeks officially and will sell a million, and off a million selling album so could fall to #100 and would be fine  It'll be in top 10 for at least another 5 weeks i predict.

So much love for Nicole here on buzzjack!

Shock #1! It's not even had half of the hype and promo that Poison got :o Out of interest, does anybody know the songwriters/producers of this song, I can't find the info anywhere...
Haven't only really listened to it properly a few days back, I really wasn't expecting it to get to #1 on the iTunes chart, and it's quite high in Ireland too; what happened? I honestly was expecting it to peak outside the top 10, much like a Pink "Raise Your Glass" type of situation. Maybe her fanbase is bigger than I thought and she'll have the album do well. Am routing for her now, we don't Adele having number-one for a fifth consecutive week, I'm sick of hearing it already.

Yeah but only just ^_^

I dont get why anyone is shocked, its such an instant song and really like-able, also so simple which is its strength i think.

It has been performed on Dancing on Ice and Daybreak too (i think daybreak) and loads of TV support. Radio support will shoot up now too with it doing so well.

Nicole #1

I thought this might get to #5 at most, but I'm not complaining ^_^

Thanks, for some reason I couldn't find the Wiki page :drama: I didn't think it sounded like a RedOne production so just wanted to see who it was. I wasn't expecting it to be Billy Steinberg though, the man behind every OTT 80's power ballad worth talking about
