Is that a new peak for 'Pretty Girl Rock' too? :D

Another top 10 for Kesha! she's done amazingly well so far, thats 6 in a row for her! glad to see P!nk holding at 4, i can't believe Bruno and Cee Lo are STILL stop 10, they've been out for ever...im also cheering for keri hilson! im glad she's top 30 now, i wish she was top 10 i love this song, but im glad its had a pretty stable chart run so far, i guess this is gonna be a slow burner.

Isn't it Ke$ha's 8th top 10 hit? Right Round, My First Kiss and all 6 of her own singles.

I took a look at my archives (I have the weekly charts since 2002) and indeed Kesha wasn't credited on 'Right Round' when it rose to no. 1 (Feb 28 2009) but she got the credit when the song held the pole position for the second week. So she officially has eight Top 10 hits and three chart-toppers.

This credited/not credited thing is really hard to find out nowadays. Performers are often listen without the "featuring/duet with" parts on the charts (as well as B sides), that's why I don't rely on them. I better use the original credit on the singles... if it's an album track, I use the track's credit on the album ;)

Also it's especially tricky to count how many hits an act have had from one album these days. Katy Perry is a recent example: the charting version of 'ET' is not on original "Teenage Dream" so technically it shouldn't be counted as one (and probably the fourth number one) hit single from that album.. But it will.

The original spent just 1 week on the Hot 100 when the album was released. I count it as a single from the album, and I'm sure there will be a repackaged album available soon!
