I am so glad this is taking off, it's my favourite Rihanna song. Yes it's MoR, but it's her best vocal so far in her career and just effortlessly catchy.

This song is my favourite on her album and the video is stunning.
It seems not to be taking off in the US just yet especially considering the video has been around for about a month.
I don't think it's getting too much airplay (from urban stations anyway, they're playing Man Down instead), but it has been climbing on the Hot 100 (60 atm, compared to 63 - Man Down's peak so far)
Isn't 'Man Down' the one they're pushing for in the US?

I don't know, I'm confused  AFAIK it's just an urban radio single, like Raining Men was when urban radio wouldn't play S&M. But it's doing almost equally as well as CKB with just that.

Chart update;

Australia - 28-18-16-17-19-8-4-4-9-14

New Zealand - 18-13-13-11-14-5-4-4-11

UK - 54-36-20-8-15-15

Netherlands - 27-24-15-12-9

Ireland - 27-13-12-11-13-14

Belgium - 40-19-12

Switzerland - 56-39-28-22

Canada - 82-42-31-27-23

Austria - 59-46-36-26

Denmark - 34

France - 83-78-61-48

Sweden - 59

US - 80-66-65-60

Its only started taking off in some countries (e.g. Austria, Denmark, Sweden) so it'll probably have a higher peak in the next few weeks. I wish it was doing better in the US :( It'll be shame if it fails to crack the Top 20 at least after its past three predecessor's were #1.

Man Down is popular on radio, but not on downloads. CKB is popular on downloads, but it stalled on radio. They basically cancel each other out, and are both stalling in the upper 40s on the BBH100.
