This is likely false as Ryan Murphy has stated that Anne's schedule is really tight so her appearance may have to be pushed to next season. :(

It looks like for the ‘Born This Way’ performance, each member of the glee club is wearing a custom T-shirt with something about themselves that’s considered ‘different’, or something they’ve accepted and moved past.
