Never did I expect to sympathise with Quinn again. Loved the 'I Feel Pretty/Unpretty' performance and The Warblers doing Keane. 'Born This Way just felt very karokae and cheesy though. Didnt think much of the Rachel and her nose storyline, the ending was inevitable and boring. It was nice to see Emma finally being given something to do though, and Tina got a couple of nice scenes.

Santana/Karfosky storyline was good though I too would have liked to have seen her join in the performance at the end. Not a bad episode on the whole.

I'M A CLOSET LESBIAN AND A JUDGEMENTAL BITCH. WHICH MEANS ONE THING... I HAVE AWESOME GAYDAR.
This episode was amazing, one of the best they have ever did, all the songs we're brilliant too (minus Finn's solo) LOVED it.

This is their worst rated episode ever apparently.

I liked this episode. There was nothing that particularly stood out and it missed Sue, as every episode without her does, but as far as songs, a non too-pretentious plot and some good gags go, twas most enjoyable. It was interesting to hear about Quinn's murky past as a fatty, but it did seem a tad thrown together just to give Lauren the upper hand. Santana is quickly becoming my favourite character too.

I think they are licking Gaga's ass hole a bit too much in this show.

And I like Gaga, but it's just like damn... every three episodes.

Really enjoyed this episode and it's probably one of my favourites ever. I felt sorry for the majority of the characters at one point, and I'm really starting to love Santana more and more, after originally preferring Brittany. Loads of funny points too, and I agree with Jonjo that 'I Feel Pretty / Unpretty' was slightly uncomfortable to watch.

I do love Sue when we see her, but I don't really miss her when we don't. This episode has humour, emotion - don't think it really needed her.

Yeah, though I found it funny, I think it was a bit silly and didn't seem consistent with her character and stuff that's happened in the past.

There's only been three episodes featuring a Gaga song?

Sue's actually a lot of the problem with Glee these days. She's gotten far too predictable and boring as a character - you could've seen the inevitable twist and sitcom cliche of her joining the Glee Club a mile off, and her insults all pretty much take the same form these days.

I couldn't disagree more.

This is entirely fitting with her back story. It explains why she is the way she is, and why she's so determined to be Prom Queen.

[i have now finally caught up with the last two episodes]

Really enjoyed this episode. Episodes like this make you forget about Glee being a show about a couple of teenagers who cover existing songs. Episodes like this really bring out powerful messages

I am liking what they are doing with Santana and the bully. I thought he was going to come out this episode but to further the storyline a bit allows development.

I can see why she's so determined to be Prom Queen, but if she got bullied in the past for being fat, she knows the pain it causes. Why is she now being a bitch to everyone else, with what shes been through?

Also, someone on DS posted something that was said during season 1 which makes this seem inconsistent.

People who have been bullied do tend to bully people back. It's a known thing. It doesn't apply to everyone whose bullied of course.

Not watched the whole of it just yet, really good though so far, fast forwarded Kurt's stomach turning performance & Warblers :puke2:

Loved the Unpretty/I Feel Pretty

Yeah! When you get pretty solidly bullied you tend to develop a pretty hard outer shell to hide behind. [Like Quinn Does] and rarely revealing the fact that you do have this really sweet and soft side hidden deep within [Like Quinn does]. I kinda wondered why i related quite a bit to Quinn, especially when she revealed that she does have a soft side and this explains it. It would also explain for her going back to being a bitch after the baby. She feels like she has to be this person to be popular and as a way of coping.

I though Dianna acted superbly in this episode, that pain she clearly felt at seeing her old self and that big poster brought back some pretty nasty memories. It's easy to critique it if you haven't been through something like it. I have and i'm a cold hearted bitch on the outside because of it.

Best way to beat the bully's, beat them at their own game or prove them wrong.

Diana is a good actress and showed that last episode and a few times in Season 1. Her singing however is a totally different story. It's best if they make her sing very rarely.

Now that is where we disagree. She has this really nice delicate soft voice that completely suits songs like Unpretty. Her voice is just so nice to listen too  While i don't want Dianna overkill, she needs more vocals.
I find it bland and totally unrecordable. I understand she isn't on there to showcase her vocals like Lea Michele and Amber Riley but i personally do not like her voice. It's quite grating and it doesn't suit any of the songs they have given her. But i respect you like it though.
