Chris does have a big fanbase over here, but I'm still not sure on how well the album will do

 

I doubt the general public would even know the album is out today

Did Jessie J not knock her off for about 3 or 4 days? I'm pretty sure she did. Although I can't remember exactly.

 

No, she didn't. She was at 2 & 3 for pretty much the whole week but she never get to #1. Adele must have had a huge lead over her as she was still #1 on the Album Download chart that week.

 

Elbow also got to 2 & 3.

 

Unrelated: The Strokes'album is called Angles, not Angels. And I can't see it knocking Adele off #1, I think she'll be #1 both on iTunes and officially until Foo Fighters are released.

Duran Duran, Ths Strokes Are Gauranteed to beat Her.

Adele 19 & 21 should beat her... i think she will officially miss out on the top 5, which would be devestating!

The Duran album actually got released on ITUNES last December and got to number 1, I'm not so sure it will do as well on Itunes now that the CD's hit the shops.

Sabrina, I think most people know, there's been an ad on TV i saw a lot throughout yesterda and twitter Chris Brown hasnt stopped talking about it being today thats the release day, and it was trending worldwide yesterday. :lol: #3 now too so doing very very well.

C'mon Nicole Get higher than Chris, Your album deserves top 3 !

Big clearout this week, I was hoping for a better start for Green Day (#26 atm) but it is a live album so top 10 would be an impressive achievement.

Its hard to know how green day will do as there isnt alot of hype around the release plus they have already released a live album/dvd with many of the same songs on it and that album sold quite well, i hope the new live album does well but i have doubts it will.

Either way if Nicole debut at 3 or 4, it's still good because it's Top 5, I like both Chris and Nicole just a bigger fan of Chris that's all, maybe I used the wrong phrase with worked hard, I wasn't applying Nicole doesn't work hard on her album and Chris does :lol:
