Live Those Days Tonight

Not expecting much to be honest, I did enjoy the debut at the time but it hasn't aged very well. I'm not too keen on the single but we shall see.

LOVED their debut. This is a pretty nice tune as well, hopefully the album is better however.

I only recently found out these guys are from the UK. For some reason I always thought they were American. Anyway, quite looking forward to this!

Really liked their debut (although wasn't ever keen on 'Kiss of Life'). I saw them live a couple of years ago this summer and that definitely made me appreciate them more. Plus, the lead singer has got some MOVES. Haha.

I'll be interested to hear this. 'Jump in the Pool' remains a brilliant record but I've cooled a little on their other stuff.
i've never heard of anything from their first album but i'm loving this new song so i'll be giving it a listen now for sure. i never expected their stuff to be like this but i'm really looking forward to this album if the songs are anything like this one
I liked the first album back then. All the singles have been quite good IMO. But yeah, I'm not expecting much, maybe because of the new single.

I agree that their songs don't tend to age well BUT I still enjoy them when I do hear them, Jump in the Pool and Paris in particular are still favourites of mine.

This song isn't great but I can imagine it growing after a few listens. And the album artwork is FANTASTIC

Nice Summer sounding single, but I can't particularly see it doing as well as the previous releases. I reckon the comeback will be much like Klaxons and The Wombats, a flop in comparison to their deubts; which is a real shame - I've missed them.

this is making me more excited than ANYTHING else this year. just loving the whole bright colours/summery vibe thing going on and the songs have completely exceeded my expectations. They've put two new songs on facebook and they're both SO GOOD.

also a song called 'blue cassette' which i think is a lot better than this but has no youtube vid can be heard on their facebook. AHHH

aye I agree! Loving the album cover and I'm really hoping the video for live those days tonight (of they're even making one?) is really bright and summery too. Love that new track you posted. Will go check out their facebook now. Loving their new stuff

live those days tonight doesnt seem to be on the release schedule for some reason, so maybe they're just pushing the album and not focusing on single sales. it's a shame if it means there's no video though
Just listened to it and I'm well disappointed :( I really wanted to like it cos Live Those Days Tonight is wicked but other than Chimes and Pull Me Back to Earth the rest haven't really clicked with me. I'm hoping they'll just need time to grow on me though

I've only been able to listen as far as Hurting because the stream seems to not work for the others but I don't think it's a let down at all! Hurting is an early favourite atm.

Their songs tend to take a while to sink in though so I wouldn't worry too much haha, it probably will grow on you.

Loving 'Live Those Days Tonight', 'Hawaiian Air' and 'Hurting' on first listen - I know this is the obvious comment but it they are just so damn summery and mood-uplifting.

Apparently this has leaked in VBR today - would anyone be able to link me up, per chance?

Yeah you're right they're definitely growing on me, I'm really liking Running Away and True Love now but my favourites keep switching around. Though Chimes is still the one on repeat

Definitely! I'm loving the summery vibe to it especially with the weather we're having now it's perfect sitting on the grass listening to it. I really do hope they make a video or two this era though, I'd love for some visuals and ed's amazing dancing! :P

I wasn't going to bother with this but it seems rude not to when it's £3.99. I love Amazon's offers, soooo many albums that I only half want at only half the price, that seems v fair to me.

I'm not overly fond of this.

I really liked their debut but most of these songs don't really click with me for some reason. Maybe I should give it more listens but at this point in time I'm just not that interested in doing so.

Where has the buzz for this band gone?! They were massive with their last album but I haven't heard a smidgen of interest from ANYWHERE regarding this.

Still gutted there wasn't a video for Live Those Days Tonight. So hoping Chimes is the next single.
