I've just had confirmation off Amelle (Through her sister, Zak who is with her now) that they are performing on one of the Britains Got Talent live shows.

Well, we *could* expect this, with Radio 1 saying that 'Cowell is very keen on their new single' and Sugababes themselves saying about 'big promo'... But that could mean everything, now our hopes are just confirmed!

I for one am utterly shocked that Crown actually managed to get them a brilliant promo slot. That is by far the best promo slot they've EVER had in the 9years I've been a fan of the Babes.

 

Management need to put out a mailer to let people 1] know there is a new single coming, 2] when it's making it's first appearance on radio/iTunes and 3] That they are doing a live show of BGT [imagine if it was the final *dies*]

Is BGT that big? I never heard of it so I didn't jump over the moon when I heard it.

 

I'm thrilled of course, I so hope for them that this is gonna be a succes. Whether or not the song is good the Sugababes just NEED another no1 after almost 4 years lol.

It's second only to X Factor if I remember correctly in terms of audience size.

BGT Live shows bring in over 10million a show. Most likely more though as many houses aren't tape checked.

Most aren't. Like in the US only a very small sample of homes are checked and the actual ratings are pure guess work based on home many homes in the representative sample were watching.

BGT actually gets MORE viewers than XF on the final, so if it was the final, even with OA/OS (I'm presuming they'll release on Sunday if they're performing on BGT, would be stupid not to) they'll easily get a top 5 hit! :wub:

Top5 isn't good enough, not with the reputation they have to salvage. They NEED a #1.

If they are performing on BGT we need to AT LEAST see a top2.
