Still not on the Radio 1 Playlist, won't be too suprised if it doesn't appear but maybe its still a bit early as Nicole's Wet isn't there either.

It's too early atm, no need to worry too much for a couple weeks.

It's not.

It's posts like that which make you the funniest and most valuable poster on this forum (no joke).

It's not.

God was only being hopeful  bring me back down with your seriousness mrs

I don't understand the use for the teasers?

I really hope the radio will start backing them up soon.

Do you think they'll use the teasers as TV adverts as they show the single cover at the end like a TV advert would? :)

In all honesty, the longer this promo campaign goes on the more I think Radio 1 will opt not to playlist this. At first I honestly thought this would be a shoe in for them as they've supported the group with every one of their singles, but the lack of interest from... well anywhere seems to be hurting them more than Keisha leaving ever could. If you go by CompareMyRadio, not even Capital has played this once and they're absolutely trashing The Saturdays new single!

I'd give it a week or two before getting worried for the whole campaign, but I'm not getting my hopes up - there seems to be no hype this era sadly :( I can't see it getting top 10, even top 20 is looking doubtful.*

* - for the loons, I'm not being negative, just realistic.

This picture reminds me of the early Sweet 7 promo shots:

Wish they saved this for the album booklet.

Well am I not a huge bundle of hypocrisy and contradiction?! I'm really liking this now. I still find it generic and not at all "up there" in terms of Sugababes songs, but it's good and I think I'd LOVE it if I heard it out.

Ouch, I missed the tits Amelle's moments since About A Girl

The video hasn't reached 75k on youtube yet

They need to start promoting this/getting airplay for it ASAP.

I wonder if the reason it had a shitty premier on a local station is because Capital and R1 wouldn't touch it with a barge pole? Or hell, I wonder if Crown has even bothered to send them the bloody song.

According to Compare My Radio, they've had 49 plays but they've all been on local stations like Tay FM, BRMB etc. except for 2 plays on Hits Radio, which is digital anyway so won't get that many listeners. It's quite worrying. They're 62 or something on TV Airplay which I guess is OK seeing the video's not been out long but really not enough to get it a good chart placing. Airplay needs to pick up soon, or I could seriously see it missing top 20 :(

Well, yeah, I wouldn't worry about the amount of plays (Jason DeRulo is out a week earlier and has less spins than them), but the fact that it hasn't seemingly been spun by any of the national radio stations even once!

Oh well. At least people have a lot of time to come up with excuses for this one not doing very well.

They might dub it a 'buzz single' like Beyonce with Run The World when it underperformed. Thing is, I don't think Sugababes will ever have a proper big hit again :( Even with an X-Factor performance they'd have a good peak but I'd imagine it will fall quite quickly. Really, they should just be impressed with a top 15 at this stage tbh.

Lol Tay FM has played it?

They need the two big pop nationals (Capital + R1) onside and soon or they'll be lucky to even get near the top40. Video airplay doesn't look too shabby, but Radio airplay is far more valuable.

Someone on PJ mentioned that the 'Freedom' remixes are played on Capital on the weekends, so it's possibly not a total snubbing.

And since about the early August I just don't care about how well they are going to do. I want the album, and that's it. Obviously it'll be a shame if it's the last album due to its low sales, but the downgrade hasn't begun yesterday, this year or even when Keisha left, the roots are in Mutya's departure / Crown joining. They should've split in 2005, not in 2011/2012, so since then I take anything good as a bonus. And even in 3.0/4.0 there were hell a lot of brilliant moments!

And once this incarnation ends I'm pretty sure we'll have some new Sugababes (maybe 1.0/2.0 [/wishfulthinking] ) material in the future, so I'm not in gloom and doom. Hopefully it won't be like "Cherise and Nadia (aka BootyLuv)" though.
