I've combined all three of your seperate posts together, as Steve said there is no need to post three times in a row, use the edit button, it's there for a reason.

 

Also, this is a forum. People are allowed to express their opinions, which is all people are saying in a kind way. You on the other hand, are being very sarcastic and rude in your posts towards other members just because you disagree with them. You don't have a right to tell people to stop posting in here anyway, it's a forum where everybody is allowed to post. If you don't like what people say then just don't react.

of course they can post their opinion, but some of the, come here every day and post things like "they should change name", "they're not sugababes anymore", "they sell sex" etc...

This ISN'T a place for fans. This is a place for constructive discussion about the Sugababes and as Aidan said, the only people being rude are the people claiming to be "the fanz." If you don't like to post somewhere where there are opinions which conflict your own, YOU should be the ones to post elsewhere. (It'd be quite a different story if people were being abusive or needlessly critical but I don't see any of that here.)

 

On topic, it saddens and disappoints me to see 4.0 continue to sell-out. If it was coupled with good music I wouldn't mind so much (after all, nearly everybody in 2011 does this sort of promotion/dresses provocatively) but 'Freedom' is quite average and it sends out the wrong message, especially when you consider that it's only been recently they've started to dress like this. Less confidence in music = less clothes?

We weren't on about the Sweet 7 era, we were on about this era and one photoshoot does not an era make.

Very true, and the single cover isn't so slutty. It's certainly more gritty.

 

 

 

From the video I get a feeling that it's Get Sexy mashed up with Freak Like Me with a dash of Red Dress and a hint of In The Middle.

As Slick and Aidan said this is a place for discussion of differing opinions that all happen to be about the Sugababes.

 

 

We do not (Simon, Aidan and I) have any desire to run a forum that is basically a circle jerk for the artist in question. Having people that are critical is necessary to create good debate and discussion and from there a forum can grow to be a community. For the entire time I have had the privilege of moderating this forum the 3 mod teams I have been a part of have actively encouraged differing opinions as we know that this is the best way to create an active and lively forum where people can post any opinion they have without fear of being lynched by the Loons.

 

Without differing opinions this forum would die. The thread I did where I reviewed all the Sugababes albums had a few people agree with what I said and others disagree, they didn't get lynched.

 

If you think someone is being overly negative just for the sake of it, have faith that the three mods you have here will pick up on it and deal with it in the appropriate manner in accordance with Buzzjack policy.

As far as I'm concerned you are a terrific poster.

The Babes said on the Twitter Q&A that they are starting the regional radio tour on Monday, and they are hoping to have an X Factor appearance for the second single. They said their album is big vocals, big anthemic choruses and floor fillers, as well as ballads which they say they love :D

The teasers are a bit bizzare, late much? Anyway, this is growing and hopefully it can defy expectations and go top 10, sadly I can see peaking around about 15ish :( It'd be good for them to get an XF slot too, it would raise their profile a little bit and get them an actual hit which could make the whole era.

Um, no? I actually do like them, so that's bullshit, they're just NOT the same since Keisha left. It's an opinion which I am allowed to have, plus I wasn't the only one who said that so just attack me?

 

If you can't take criticism to your precious Sugababes then you GTHOFH then (whatever the hell that means)...

 

 

Really Attonement summed it all up perfectly, I am here because I can't help but still care about them because of how much they meant to me in the past, no matter what the line-up, as long as the brand name is there I can't help but feel some kind of attachment to them.

I agree with everything you've said Regina :D I think they're trying to focus a bit more on vocals with their new sound and try to get some credibility (which they're not) but I really like 'Freedom' and hope it does well!

I don't go to an artist's forum if I don't like him/her... And it's obvious that most of you completely dislike what this group is NOW.

And you have not accepted yet that we're in 2011 and this is Sugababes 4.0

 

It's f***ing boring to come here everyday and read nothing but negative comments... If I wanted to read people trying to be funny with their mean comments I would go to Popjustice where they are critizised everyday... not comin to their BJ forum....

 

And now some will come and say "I'm a fan, but if I don't like something I'm not gonna be a stan or a loon and stay quiet, bla, bla, bla...". But I'm sorry, many of you are not fans at all... and the only thing you do here is try to laugh at them and bring negative comments at absolutely everything they do, a song, a video,a performance or now a photoshoot where they look HOT, sexy and they're beautiful.

Still not on the Radio 1 Playlist, won't be too suprised if it doesn't appear but maybe its still a bit early as Nicole's Wet isn't there either.
