It's not a bad forum, but some of the artists posted in it aren't really very indie-ish if you know what I mean. A little off-putting if you're into mainstream stuff like I am :unsure:

I dunno, just anyone who you wouldn't usually see in the top 20. I know I can't really criticise because they're still technically indie, but...

I'm getting into Baby Fratelli now, i think The Fratellis album was the best from last year in my opinion :D

Top album... some excellent songs on it (Just like their previous album). And the Arctic Monkeys was played non-stop for about 3 months without fail.. amazing album :wub:

 

Not that the rest aren't good, I mean Razorlight's album and The Fratellis albums are both excellent as well B)

I agree about The Zutons, i expected better from them. I liked Embrace's album, but it wasn't as good as the rest you mentioned.

Nah, The Zutons only real stand-out track was Valerie, although Why Don't You Give Me Your Love was alright... the rest were either very average or god awful

 

And Embrace's album had a few good songs on it (2 of them singles) and the rest again were very average

Like I said, there are tracks I can listen to, but nothing really stands out to me... p** is such an over-rated genre. I mean, they say Indie and Rock are generic, but christ I hear more samey p** tracks than I do rock or indie tracks :lol:

They just come up with the same bilge time and time again and they get away with it because of all the simple minded 8 year old girls who download their songs 23 times coz "They fancy Dougie" <_<
