I guess its up to me through whether I actually pass with good grades or fail the exams. I never been good at exams though. :( I mean I completely messed up my Yr 9 SATS. :( :lol:

I never had stuff like sats and that when I was at school, we only had GCSEs (and they were only 3 years old!) and A Levels, and I was the first year to do AS levels too....

Oh SAT's aren't really any use to the pupils at all. Its more of a braging rights for the school y'know so they can say there the best school in the area, of course they tell all us lot that there of great importance when they aren't really.

Yeah i've gotta admit, that I could have come across with A LOT better grades than i'm targeted in three subjects, but I kinda went through a wayward period in Yr 7 and Yr 8 when I didn't bother listening and I kinda feinded illness a lot to get of school. :(

 

Until at the end of Yr 8 I just sat long and hard abot my future and then I decided that I wanted to learn more. :D So I just generally started to learn more, of course though I lack knowledge from those two years so it kinda still effects me a heck of a lot in one subject. :( :lol:

Year 7: Far too busy drawing stupid cartoons, but did take an interest in English and Art

Year 8: Put my head down a bit more

Year 9: Really worked hard and tried and ended up passing my SATs... mumsy was proud

Year 10: Started off brightly, but decided couldn't be arsed anymore and started messing around near the end of the year

Year 11: Started off awfully... and got worse. Didn't try at all and didn't show even the slightest bit of interest. Scraped my GCSEs

 

And sixth form:

Year 12: Started off well, but near the end of the year really regretted choosing sixth form and started skiving at least 2 days a week

Year 13: A little more effort, but then again started losing interest and skiving. Missed the Headteachers reception :lol: Scraped A-Levels

 

And the moral of the story? DO YOUR HOMEWORK, KIDS!!!! :P

Ouch. :( You see through Yr 9 and Yr 10 I really pulled out all the stops. :o The only lesson where i'd really not concentrate is Science and that was because it was generally $h!t. :( and was so tempting to mess about in. :(

It's very very strange, the table this week. I mean, we've been posting at least 15-20 replies in this thread everyday, and Matt said that the Gorillaz/Blur forum had seen more action in the last week than it had for a while, so the only thing I can think is that the other forums have been extremely busy this week :unsure:

 

It's a massive confidence blow, but if anything it's spurred me on to push harder and try and get people posting again. Like I said when I was first appointed co-mod, one member does not a forum make

Yeah its a shame theres barely any news on Blur or Gorillaz at the moment. :(

 

I'm sure you'll get loads of information all at once though as thats what normally happens with The Arctics; no information for ages then two lots of information come at once. :lol:
