I haven't read the topic fully yet. :lol: I can imagine so though as understandibly some mods are a bit n the dark over the whole situation and they want an explanation for whats going on.

Truth be told, I think they should spend less time on silly things like promoting mods, and more time on stopping irritating $h!t like this happening:

Its something to be done with the server. It can be avoided but too many people browse on Internet Exploer (ie me) and bot FireFox. Management have taken steps to try and avoid it but it isn't working. :(

You're damn right it aint working - it happens a good twice a day at least and it's very very annoying :arrr:

 

Out of all the messageboard sites I post at, this one has the worst server. Sure, the servers sometimes go down on the other sites now and again, but twice a day is unacceptable, imo and management should be looking to try and do something about it -_-

Well they have taken measures I know that. ;) Problem is this site has a lot of users and on Sundays on Mondays the most users are online so this is when this stuff happens the most.

Well its been worked on I know that. Its a high priority to try and stop it but there obstacles in the way or something at the moment for them being able to do that. ;)

Well I think the arguments will start to stop soon. I think a lot of mods are just in inital shock over whats happened as it was very out of the blue, so thats why a lot of heated discussion is happening.

 

I don't really like it when all the argueing starts as that how people leave and everything. :(

Yeah. Well atm, the Aly v Dazzle argument is in full swing, and I don't think Phil was very impressed by Ryan laughing at the idea. Not a very smart move, imo, laughing at the root admin's expense :lol:

Well I dunno what the outcome will be but yeah its not looking too good at the moment. :(

Yeah, I think that's the main reason why people are kicking up such a stink.. the fact that they weren't given all the details, they were simply told "This is what's happening, and this is what it's gonna do". Having it all happen at once didn't help much, either

Well like i've said today at about 6:45 ish was the first i'd ever heard of it. It was very out of the blue but from the PM I got I got the impression that this had been discussed for a while, and had been very well thought through.

 

Nah he doesn't seem bothered and I can see why he's making a fuss as I mean its not nice watching your friends go through something like this and he's only trying to make his point about the present situation.
