I reckon it's very very likely she'll be Hot 100 number 1! :D The reason she's got such a lead is because Haley sang it on American Idol! :o It was @ 3 before her performance iirc but has shot up and maintained her lead, and has great airplay. I reckon it's basically certain she's got a US number 1 under her belt :o It truly is her year! :wub:

Oh! American Idol is so powerful in the charts for established songs. I really hope she gets to number 1 she really deserves it and like you said, It is her year :)
