I rather like this :wub: can't see it doing amazingly but I think she'll be pleased with it's progress so far. She looks uncomfortable on the video to me though?

I'm surprised by its iTunes position. I thought this was gonna flop big time. Or at least take time to storm the charts.

 

I am also surprised by the amount of dislikes the video has on her VEVO!

I don't think it will hit #1! However I don't doubt a top 10 placement!

I don't know what I think of this! It's catchy but it's that bad I need to listen to it. It really does annoy me and I'm looking to see it flop.

The dislike bar on YT is ridiculous (and the comments downright nasty). Even a song that is just a little bit experimental like this one is not even accepted by today's audience. I hate today's music scene. It seems that all everyone wants is stale, overproduced dancepop. God forbid songs that do not follow the standard ''hit'' formula. Gag me. (sorry, had to vent).

 

I'm glad that Nicola's doing her own thing. I hope the song can climb. Surely it can peak higher than Nadine? Does anyone know what Nadine's peak position on iTunes was with Insatiable (song)?

Just hope it gets at least a Top 20 placing!

The backslash on YouTube is absurd. I honestly do not know where these people came from, the reception for Nicola so far seemed to have been nearly 100% positive. They're quite horrifying comments aswell tbh, the ignorance of some people is unbealivable.

 

Nadine's iTunes peak was about #14 wasnt it? I dont think theres any need to worry with this. People always seem to go to mass-hysteria if an On-air/on-sale track doesnt go top 5 within the first few hours which is stupid. I dont know how concerned Nicola is with actual chart success and the likes but I'd be happy enough that it's already top 20 frankly.

I don't recall Nadine's going that high on iTunes. I seem to remember it was Top 20 for a very brief moment!

Is she doing any more promo on tv! I think it'll chart mid twenties now it's dropping on I tunes

Top ten in today's midweeks! :o It's obviously not going to stay there until Sunday, but top fifteen/twenty at least would be nice!

She peaked at #22 on Itunes Ireland before dropping to #32 but now she seems to stall, she's #30.

Hopefully she will stall in the top25/30 in the UK too, before climbing back up with the promo.

I'm thinking she will end up between #20-#25 this week.

Has she had some kind of surgery? She actually looks like a PROPER POPSTAR SOLO ET AL now. In fact her transformation has been quite incredible. It's all a bit sheep in M.I.A.'s clothing but nonetheless enough work has been done with her persona and image to make it possible for her to be a viable popstar.
