June 5, 201114 yr Nicole basically confirmed on a radio she was going to be a judge. Maybe she will step down from being a presenter? I think she's been played by Simon. I feel so sorry on her and like Jonjo said she actually looked not herself in her performance on Bgt.
June 5, 201114 yr Nicole should come and host/judge our X Factor. Simon Cowell & Cheryl Cole free! Granted, she'd have to put up with Tulisa.. but you have to take the bad with the good :P
June 5, 201114 yr WHAT IS THE NEWS? SHE HAS A NEW JUDGING ROLE Cheryl Cole confirmed as judge at Mladic trial Fresh from her removal on American X Factor Cheryl Cole is to take up a new position at The Hague as a judge in the trial of alleged war criminal Ratko Mladic. ‘I have already proved my judging ability on The X Factor,’ said Cole, ‘so it’s a natural career progression for me to move into the realm of international jurisprudence. I’m no expert but I think these war crimes tribunals need someone like me to give them a bit of pizzazz.’ Asked if she can cope with Mladic, who has been indicted on counts of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, Ms Cole said, ‘Oh, that shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve dealt with Wagner and I’ve dealt with Jedward. I think I can deal with an old man in a baseball cap.’ However, the trial may face delays after General Mladic refused to recognise either the court or Ms Cole’s accent. ‘I can’t understand a bloody word she’s saying,’ complained the former Bosnian Serb army chief, ‘although my translator says she said something about me dressing more upbeat and really giving it 110%.’ Lawyers for General Mladic claim that he has suffered two strokes, leaving him barely able to speak, and that he is therefore unfit to stand trial. ‘I won’t have any of that defeatist talk in my courtroom,’ said Judge Cole. ‘We all have trouble speaking and being understood but you can’t let it hold back your career. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Ratko and he should really grasp it.’ However the prospects for Mladic are not looking good. The Hague Factor 2008 finalist Radovan Karadžić made the headlines for a while but then slipped into relative obscurity and is still awaiting judgment, or even a top ten hit. ‘I won’t let that happen with Ratko,’ insisted Cole, ‘He’s under my wing now and I want him to stand in that dock and give it everything he’s got.’
June 5, 201114 yr Oh please! Cheryl was probably in on it, just as much as Simon was/is. It'll help her career (well, they thought it would) and it's obviously getting some sort of attention over there. It's because she's a nobody over there and they need to get her name out there, so she can sell the show. I agree. I think she's the helpless victim in all this and I did think that earlier today on BGT, she looked a bit off/upset over something, but was just trying her hardest to look over it. :( Maybe she just felt awkward being on a Massive British TV show being interviewed by a couple of Geordies :P

June 5, 201114 yr I cannot believe even Simon would be that desperate to drum up publicity in the US with this stunt.I suppose the American press did not care that Cheryl had been sacked so he is hoping they may show some interest in her fake return.I wonder if the success of American Idol and The Voice has made him go mad.
June 5, 201114 yr It's POOR Nicole Scherzinger I feel sorry for if this is true. It's poor both Nicole and Cheryl if that's true. Cheryl went through worldwide humiliation for the last 2 weeks, and now it would be Nicole's turn. Simon/Fox are playing with both of them to make publicity. Btw at the mo there's just one souce saying she's back there, it doesn't even say if she's back as a judge, as a host or simply to get her pay check, lol. I do hope she's back as a judge though, and get all her newcasttle fierceness back. Surely she has realised how evil Simon/the producers can be, and now she will feel free to slag them and to be her own self on the panel. Edited June 5, 201114 yr by Hayzayy

WORLDWIDE HUMILIATION-NO JUST NO The British press and the British press alone made more of the story than it needed to be. As the Huffington Post stated why would anyone in America care about someone they do not know being replaced by someone they do not know.

I'm sure everyone involved has had months to practice their scripts for this saga and all will be financially renumerated ... doubtless they'll all be invited back for the sequel(s) too. Its truly amazing how a whole load of dosh can sooth the pain of a few week's (fake) humiliation. Kath

Its truly amazing how a whole load of dosh can sooth the pain of a few week's (fake) humiliation. Kath Thank you. Anyone who can't see that they are all the players in this game is sadly deluded. No wonder odious Cowell continues to so successfully manipulate the public. It shows just what contempt these people have for their fans. Anyone with any integrity would distance themselves from Cowell's self promotion schemes. Edited June 5, 201114 yr by truly talented
June 5, 201114 yr Anyway, next judge audition is on Wednesday, so at least we will know soon what it's all about.

June 5, 201114 yr Wait, i'm confused. I heard from somewhere Cheryl Cole is a judge at American X Factor again, is this true?
June 5, 201114 yr Meh, Nicole isn't loved by the US so imo Cheryl deserved it more. That's my taking of it
June 5, 201114 yr Erm - and Cheryl is loved by the US? At least they have stats they can use to introduce Nicole as a judge! Sold 10m albums with the Pussycat Dolls etc. What would what they say about Cheryl? "INTRODUCING... UK LOCAL STAR CHERYL COLE... Had GLOBAL SUCCESS with Girls Aloud including a TOP 26 AUSTRALIAN HIT Has a pretend relationship with A GAY NAMED DEREK And likes a bit of BLACK COCK!"
