Bumping this up because Leona's new single is accused of plagiarism (copying this song). "Penguin" is a nice emotional instrumental, but Leona's version isn't nearly as good. It's another case of "Run The World" vs. "Pon De Floor", except there was no controversy about copyright/plagiarism there.

It sounds like Avicii has allowed the sample but not Ministry Of Sound if that makes sense.

as for Leona'a track - Meh

I'd never even heard of this before everyone started shouting about Leona but it's so good! Definitely appreciate it more without the vocals ta

Great as an instrumental... Leona's acrobatic vocals leave a lot to be desired. Does make you realise where these big record company bosses get their ideas from though... I think DeadMau5's 'Brazil' had a smilar impact.
