May 8, 201114 yr Much harder, could easily have given points to 13 songs. My top 3 were pretty easier, but it was tougher in the middle.
May 8, 201114 yr Semi 1 may be a little weaker than Semi 2 this year but at least it's not the shower of crap that last year's first semi was - genuinely the most painful two hours of anything ESC related that I've had to endure :/ I've voted anyway, I've realised that four of my top six are in this semi, and the other two are auto qualifiers :o
May 8, 201114 yr My 3rd favorite is in this semi final, my top two is in the other :) I think the quality this year is much more equal in both semis :)

My Top 4 are in my top 6 too! Along with one in Semi 1 and a certain auto-qualifier :kink: EDIT: No sorry that's wrong! LOL. I have a top 7 (one song has been growing on me loads recently!) So that is Two in semi 1 (my top 2) 4 in semi 2 and the auto-qualifier! Lol.
May 8, 201114 yr Author This semi is bloody amazing. Seriously, I only properly care about two tracks in SF1, whereas I'd be distraught if my three pointer didn't make it out of this semi.
May 8, 201114 yr Really? I think SF1 is better on the whole. Though my two overall favourites are in SF2 (well and one of them in the final, have a guess which :kink:)
May 9, 201114 yr This is definitely the stronger of the 2 Semi's, overall the quality is better, but SF1 contains my song of the year.
May 9, 201114 yr Hmmm only me that thinks this semi is worse than semi 1!? Only 2 songs I give 2 hoots about, voting for this was very much on par with choosing which dog turd to step into...

May 11, 201114 yr i wouldn't say that semi 2 is that musch stronger. it is more to my taste, yes. but that has nothing to do with strength :lol: 1st semi had some pretty good tracks, HOWEVER, the singing was AWFUL and it now seems like it was the suckfest of major proportion... there is still "hope" for "key debating" and "deciding on the pitch as the song progresses" in that semi too. so i will not pass any judgement about strength just yet. semi 1 i loved 4 songs (Finland, Suisse, Azerbaijan, Iceland) and liked maybe 3 (Russia and Serbia+Lithuania based on performances)... all 7 made it this one... ATM i love 5 entries (B&H, Belgium, Slovakia, Cyprys, Belarus) and like 5 more (Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Denmark)... wonder if all 10 can make it :) highly doubt it though
