She's controversial, yes. Ground-breaking, no. The ground has already been broken by Madonna, Michael Jackson etc.

And when was I comparing GaGa to Leona and Bruno?

Fair enough, i shouldn't have really compared them, just got over excited listening to Hair! lol (and i got their names from an earlier post).

Agree that Madonna, MJ, Bowie, Freddie M have broken the ground, but it terms of artists around now, she's the one breaking it the furthest IMO lol

I do still hold the fact that it is beyond mediocre, but then i am a Gaga 'loon'

As a non-Gaga loon, here is my opinion of the four songs released from born this way

Edge of Glory>Born This Way>>>Hair>>>>>>Judas

There's no need to bash his favourite artists because he doesn't like one of the many mediocre "songs" GaGa puts out. It's immature and unnecessary.

If you really think that then why put ''songs'', saying it isn't even music. You have been the first too complain when someone had a go at your precious Beyonce's new song, respect that other people feel strongly about their favourite artists too and that you have just done what you were telling that person not to do.

I have fallen in love with the song already. My favourite part is the way the sings "I just wanna be free / I just wanna be me"

Gosh guys. Calm down!

To be fair, I criticize Bruno Mars's songs a lot on here, and both his fans don't get angry about it.

indeed you are. it's just funny and ironic how you were talking about how immature and unnecessary it was to bash someone's favourite artist because they don't like gaga and you then suggested whether his (or her, i'm sorry) favourite artist's music were actual songs because you don't like their opinion

don't talk about mediocrity with part of the girls video in your sig either :smoke: bye

Bash another posters' favourite artist for no reason. His favourite artists weren't mentioned whatsoever, he just stated his opinion on the song and then the other poster decided to make a snide comment about them to try and get up a reaction. I made my comment about GaGa because we were discussing her.

However I see that he's up to it again, along with you. Yes I like "Run the World (Girls)" but that has no relevance to what we're discussing, you're just doing it to annoy me. That's immature.

To be fair. I've seen multiple posters on here suggest that Run the World is not "music", and Beyonce fans didn't go on whining about it (well, except me, but I whine about everything ).

Can everyone take a chill pill its not a Gaga thread you know

I assumed you did. :P

Yeah you're right that she's the most ground-breaking out of the artists around today and I believe 'Judas' is one of the most ground-breaking songs she has ever done, if not THE most ground-breaking. All her other singles have been done before in terms of lyrical matter - dancing in a club, fame, sexuality, dancing again, self-empowerment. I think TEoG and 'Alejandro' are also her most ground-breaking songs.

Maybe 'Hair' will grow on me but I just found it silly how people claimed TEoG was some masterpiece last week and are now moving on to bumming another track and saying it's better, completely dismissing TEoG in the process.

I have seen LOVETT moan about it before actually many a time.

I wouldn't call Judas ground-breaking. In terms of instrumentals, it's one of the least ground-breaking songs in the entire top 100 tbh.

I've given my opinion a couple of times but apart from that, I leave them to it. I complained once at Bray for slagging it off multiple times in the space of 5 minutes, but I didn't have a go at all the posters disliking it. So "many a time" I have not.

Do we think that 'Hair' will go #1 on iTunes then? I think it should, as I think she is more in the limelight after Graham and R1BW and if TEOG did it last week, I see no reason why 'Hair' shouldn't.

I think it will. For the reasons you gave. And I also imagine the sales of the #1 will be slightly lower than last week.

Fine, whatever. I can't be arsed getting involved in an arguement. I was mainly thinking about the Bray incident, so I probably over-exaggerated with the whole 'many a time' bit. I just think you had a correct point, but you sort of made it worthless by being immature yourself and dong exactly what you told the poster not to do.
