That's exactly saying Adele started the piano ballad thing and people copied her which is false, since there's many other artists who did that before her. It's exactly saying how Lady Gaga started the electro/dance-pop wave which some people disagree on ;)

Yes but Adele started this *particular* wave (or beginnings of a wave anyway) of female piano ballads.

I'm guessing the peak for I'm Into You will be around #4 in the UK charts ;)
I'm glad Alexandra is back up to 2, hope she does a Love The Way You Lie, since she will never be number 1.
I really really hope What A Feeling climbs to #1 on Sunday when its released! :w00t: And also hope Changed The Way You Kissed Me makes #1 the next week. :)

Which is weird because that song should be back in 2003 where it belongs.

ALEXANDRA STAN FOR #1!

That seems about right... well deserved too. With the T10 effect, J LO should continue to climb over the next few days and hopefully get a week top 5 (I don't think it'll have much longevity because it's too urban for the UK)

It's a very catchy song, I quite like it

I'm Into You is still #16 in todays update officially, must make top 15 at the least by Sunday with the top 10 boost helping a lot I hope. :)

Olly Murs was just on Paul O'Grady didnt see performance but may finally help him out of the 60s!!

Yeah its nice to see songs which have a vibe of the past in todays chart! Also to see SLY do so well as any people think ballads are dead but for me are the best songs out there in terms of quality imo.

Also with American Idol Final may help Edge of Glory, loving it right now, and didnt feel it at all when first heard it.

Would like to see Example at number one but Alex Gaudino doesn't deserve anything more than a week top ten as it's very average and sounds a lot like his other tune I'm In Love production wise, that song somehow got to 10 (still don't know why, it gives house music a bad name IMO)

Great for J.Lo, she's definitely back - glad it wasn't a one hit comeback for her. Hopefully Papi's next, not too late in the summer - July, early August at the latest, and it can become a huge summer smash for her

I don't see Olly Murs doing well with Busy. It's a second rate version of The Lazy Song, which isn't that special anyway. The general public don't really buy into X Facor artists around this time

Well thats not necessairly true.

Its his 4th single so if anyone expected it to do big things they werent being realistic, but should gho top 40 at least, but yes i believe its been overshadowed by the better (video and song) Lazy Song.

Also its not that I want Alex to get it, I'd like Kelly to get it, shes so talented and under-rated imo, and her dance music i alwyas love (even though its normally her featuring on the song rather then her own. When Love Takes Over )

I Need A Dollar being performed now, may help seal his place in top 3 officially on Sunday, that will be a massive achievement for this song! :w00t: Great live too!

I hope so  Has anyone heard the album?

I don't know if you're being sarcastic, but there is one thing you cannot do in the UK and have success - sing in a foreign language.

I don't hunk Example will get number 1, the song is quite boring IMO.

I would say its the biggest cert to go to number 1 all year - top 50 on pre-orders already (and been there for well over a week now) and has been hovering around the top 100 of the album charts for well over a month now too - so its gonna get a big big debut. Big radio play + a big build up too.

Pitbulls lead will have diminished by then and I cant see anything else being in anyway challenging it, unless somone dies or something like that.

EDIT... The song is a TUNE!
