To be fair, they'll probably chart Example on the 1Xtra chart, so... :kink:

And? Plan B and Eminem spent most of last year at number one on the MTV Rocks chart, I don't think anyone is going to argue that they make rock music.

Example jumps to #23 :o

Coldplay up to #25

Nicola down to #30 :(

Nicola was obviously massively frontloaded with pre-orders then, it should continue to rise though, just at a much slower pace than the other two...

13. Changed the Way You Kiss Me (Radio Edit) - Example

18. Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall - Coldplay

28. Beat of My Drum - Nicola Roberts

Wow the Top Ten really does need a bit of a shake up doesn't it? LMFAO needs to make a swift exit followed by Chris Brown, Snoop Dogg and Bruno Mars. Enter Example and Coldplay ... (and MAYBE little Nicola)

Example are looking like the 400th track to debut at #1 next Sunday :D

Coldplay are most likely to end up in the runners up position.

Nicola "flash" top 15 the most, it probably trail off

Does this figure count #1s that re-entered the chart at #1 (Estelle's American Boy and Rage Against The Machine's Killing In The Name, probably some others as well)?

I assume it counts stuff like Mario Winans - I Don't Wanna Know which was #71 on import the week before it got to #1 as well.

Forever I will hate Example if they make Coldplay to miss the number 1 spot ( and they will).

Example is one person. Anyway, I doubt Coldplay will get #2, they might get there on iTunes but they'll probably fall over the week.

Probably right... no promo and n official single.

Example - 10 and 186

And the EP is at Number 1 on the Album Charts :D

EDIT - Have the Singles/ Album charts on Itunes ever had the same number 1 eg has an EP for a single and the single version ever been at the top at the same time [if that makes sense?]

Without counting the imports

I have a feeling Cheryl Cole did with Fight for this love..not 100% sure though.

Lily Allen's The Fear did it - IIRC there was even one point where Lily's album was #1 on iTunes with The Fear EP still at #2 and The Fear still at #1 on the songs chart!
