I guess the album release will give ticket sales a nice boost. Still, if sales are going good before the 'big event' I'm quite confident they'll do just fine with this tour, selling out or not.

They could just be providing more tickets/crash! I think Saturdays should be telling fans how much tickets are left.

So the SECC and Manchester have both sold out? :o Wow.

I think my Mum has me tickets for the SECC, she said she ordered "something" for my birthday a few months ago and that i'll "love it". She only ever buys me Saturdays stuff because she knows I love them (she got me the calendar, book, CD's, a personalised credit card and a Saturdays mug) and has told me it's not clothes, a phone, a car or an item of jewelerey, plus she only started telling me this AFTER I changed my Facebook picture to me standing next to a Sats poster in Glasgow (saying they had a tour in December). Plus my friend was drunk at a party and told me SHE had gotten me Sats tickets and had messaged my Mum on Facebook to make sure it was okay first. Then again, she was wasted so maybe she made it up.

Safe to say I have my hopes up big time, and will be crushed if it's not tickets. My birthday is November 2nd, i'll find out in three weeks! :o

The Secc still have tickets left, I thought they sold out but Ticketmaster had sold out of the ones available but have been given extra tickets.

Can I just say that Manchester has sold out on Ticketmaster, Saturdays need to inform their fans how many tickets are left for each date, It would be awful if they don't get at least 4 sell outs, I think if they get that all vital X factor performance they could have a sell out tour, they have good connections with Gary Barlow who's also on Polydor and this album must be a hit for The Saturdays for many reasons.

Wow if true.

As long as their tours do well, we really don't need to worry about single and album sales. That's three sold out dates so far, I think?

Apparently Liverpool & Manchester have sold out. Glasgow has provided all tickets and don't have much left. Promotion of Heart Takes Over must be big and everywhere and I think they could hopefully get around 9 sell outs!!

Manchester hasn't sold out on ticketmaster they are still selling block 103 lower tier which is the second block from the stage. The box office in Birmingham has loads of seats left and looking at the seating plan they have got rid of the first 6 tier block to the stage and the seating plan only has 3 blocks instead of 6 on the floor. They even put the price down now the cheapest price for tickets is now £19.50 ,If I was their tour manger I would be worried .

So no dates have sold out yet, more tickets are just being provided. The management better be promoting the hell out of Heart Takes Over to ensure album sales & tour sales. If at least 5 dosen't sell out then I will be worrying for Saturdays... Polydor should be doing all they can for Xfactor, apparently Kelly Clarkson, Professor Green/Emeli Sande & Bruno Mars are performing next week...

The Sats aren't releasing untill another 4wks though. Why would they be on next week? There's no point trying to hype them up for it if they don't get a slot.

They've still got 2 months to sell more tickets and personally (I think I say this on behalf of alot of more casual fans) I think more tickets will be sold after the album's out. People will have heard the tracks, decided whether they like them or not, and buy tickets for the tour if they like them.

The release date is just too close to the tour. Tours and albums are usually seperated by up to 6 months. This will just be 4wks.

I've just been on Ticketmaster for the Manchester show. It says no availability.

I also looked at the seating plan for Birmingham and it has 6 blocks on the floor?

I'd imagine they'll still make a profit even if the place doesn't sell out. As long as they bring in a bigger audience than they did for their theatre tours i'd say it'll be a success.

They really should send out that tour advert again now, to include All Fired Up and My Heart Takes Over.

  • 2 weeks later...
Why haven't they sent out the tickets yet, pffft.
