I think the biggest day-to-day jump ever might've actually been Born This Way on it's first day (jumping from 0 to whatever it got).

 

Someone Like You will probably see a big jump, but I don't think as extreme and sudden as it saw in the UK, because firstly, a lot of radio stations have already been playing it anyway beforehand, as opposed to in the UK where it was just the odd spin here and there, and US radio seem to be less responsive to the iTunes chart than UK radio.
