Many of people wouldn’t care less about all of is. They just go gaga for Gaga. But there’s a certain limit where entertainment becomes plain ridiculous or rude and where certain boundaries should be drawn. And the sad thing? Going all religiously-controversial will definitely be promoted by today’s media, which only craves for things like this.

However, Lady Gaga’s career, which is still undoubtedly new, is already getting way overblown – especially with her way out of the box behavior and religious attitude. Some people are saying she’s copying Madonna whose attitude towards Christianity in particular is widely known. But that doesn’t give her the excuse to go excessive with everything she does.

Her new album 'Born this way' includes at least 5 tracks which tackles christianity 'Judas', 'Black Jesus', 'Bloody Mary', 'Electro Chapel', 'You And I'. not to mention her constant use of the cross on her album & single covers.

Lady Gaga needs to tone it down on the religious stabs because at the end of the day, they will get old – and so will she.

Do you think Gaga has gone too far with blasphemy or that it's just plain art????

Who cares? I sure don't. People these days are too scared of not being PC and can't see past certain things. Gaga is making the msuc she wants to make

and most of it is really good.

I selected 'other' - as in 'don't give a damn!'

EDIT: Gaga is Catholic, so she can't be insulting religion! And she explained the meaning behind Judas - and it's the opposite to what people think!

As a Christian myself, I don't care. I think it's just art.

I voted 'No, this is just art, and there should be no limits religious or not' although that's not how I would have worded my answer. I don't think she has intentionally imitated Madonna at all.

Religion is always a hot topic and it is part of Gaga's upbringing. I don't see the problem with her using it as a metaphor e.g. Judas is synonymous for betrayal and that's what the song was about.

she's not catholic,(she's pro-jew) and she's following the Illuminati (anti-christian) sect just like Madonna....

plus what about the other religious references on the album 'Bloody Mary', 'Black Jesus', 'Electro Chapel', etc... did she also mean something else????

Oh, I thought she was Catholic. Anyway, everyone has different views on religion, there will never be one straight-forward and correct answer. Anything Gaga says in her songs will be her opinion, not everyone will agree with it

Oh dear. Just because someone's Catholic doesn't mean they can't be against anti-Semitism you complete tool :manson:

And don't even get me started on how ridiculous you look peddling this Illuminati trash.

This illuminati bull$h!t is bad enough with Rihanna :manson:

Britney has not been near as blasphemous as Gaga or Britney.

Only thing she has done is:
