That's what happened with Calvin Harris and JLS. He offered to produce a song for them, but they turned it down apparently, and then months later he's ranting about how Eyes Wide Shut ripped him off. Bitter, much? :lol:

Vato is still ~12.7% off #10 :( Looks like he won't get there. I think he could scrape a top 10 placing on the mids though. And who knows, it may even do a 'Guilt' (I don't recall that ever going top 10 on iTunes? But it still made #8)

 

Before anyone says anything about GaGa being top 10 combined, I know - I'm just saying Vato's top version is ~12.7% off benefiting from the top 10 effect.

To be fair Example thinks he can sing, he cant sing for $h!t. Alexandra would blow him off the stage with her vocals. He may write a hit, but vocally he isnt very good, stick to rapping example.

Anyone who saw the highlights of the Isle of Wight festival last week would've been shocked she won a talent contest, it was almost as if she didn't even know the words to her song so didn't bother singing it, I think she was trying to get the crowd going, but they were having none of it, it was horrific to watch! Even her attempts at dancing were laughable...

I assumed that 'Eyes Wide Shut' was a direct sample.... Acts have successfully sued for much much less!

It does seem like all the female artists Eminem has arguements with (Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey) end up getting frightened out of chart music, or into rehab, and the ones he collabs with (e.g. Dido, Rihanna) go on to having massive-selling albums. :lol:

 

Let's face it. He controls the charts more than Simon Cowell.

'Cept all the girls you mentioned had album sales bigger than Rihanna could ever dream of AFTER Eminen dissed them :lol:

Are you sure this is based on facts-she sounded really good and the crowd had a good time when she performed.

Ah, it is on Youtube. I did check but couldn't find it. I don't see how you can say that's good. She does the verse OK but she doesn't even sing any of the chorus, just stands there saying the occasional random word whilst poorly attempting to dance. Either there's absolutely terrible sound quality or the crowd really aren't going for it because you can't actually hear them, and couldn't on TV last weekend, and much less than half are actually doing any kind of visual interaction like she asked, it was a terrible festival performance.

wow at jason going to number 1 surprised considering how much most people I know hate the song. I would rather have had ridin solo from him go to number one though.

He is! I don't understand why celebrities aren't allowed to have an opinion? As soon as one says anything slightly criticising at something everyone comes along and says they're jealous, bitter etc. It's called having an opinion, and I bet all these that moan about him will call things they don't like $h!t and terrible, or do they spend their entire life being dull bland fence sitters? :|

Jasons video is all over the music channels and he has a loyal fanbase in the UK. I knew he would go No 1, I just hope he has some good promotion planned so he can increase his lead.

Just my opinion but I think Example is total w*nker, he does it on purpose to get media attention.(already all over the sun etc..when he did the first one about The Saturdays)..it's all just a poor attempt to gain publicity.

 

Yeah he would be funny, BUT I find it amusing how he hides behind twitter to make snotty remarks at other artists..He shared a dressing room with The Saturdays and was as nice as pie then on twitter decides to post supposed 'jokes' which are blatently just digs at the artists.

 

Also, the remark about Alexandra burke was just an insult Alexandra Burke is really '41'...just makes people feel like $h!te and this is why more and more people are becoming insecure.

 

He could have at least apologised, after Alexandra was clearly offended.
