So the max and tanya thing is really heating up. I predict Vanessa exposing their affair leads to her exit.

Departure:

Ryan leaves this Summer.

I am still gutted that Vanessa is leaving, such an underrated actress

I am not suprised about the recent announcement regarding that character. I didn't see a future for him when his storylines came to a close last year.7

 

I am still gutted about Vanessa leaving. She's really come out more as a character over the past 2 weeks.

Apparently Ryan's going to have a storyline with Lauren!

^ I would like that.

Lauren seems to have been indirectly involved in just about every storyline going but hasn't had one of her own!

Yeah, that was rumoured a little while ago and i think it is true. Lauren's crush on Ryan has developed. But whether Ryan acts back is unknown just yet.

They should delve into Vanessa's OCD more before she leaves, I have OCD and would really like to see a soap cover it properly to make people more aware of it.

Another Departure: Julie is leaving.

Ehh I don't really mind about that one. I thought

she

could be a great character at first but they haven't really done much with

her

at all sadly.

And there can only be so many scenes in which she's accused of stealing something surely? Seems to be the only time she's ever on screen.

I disagree. She did have a storyline which they are bringing back up to resolve through July/August

 

There was some potential there and I think the actor is very natural and certainly better than

Billy (although a good match for him romantically)

but their scenes yesterday just went to show how the show doesn't know what to do with them so not a big issue really.

 

It does seem odd to bring in

their granddaughter

just for

to leave a few weeks later but there you go.

When is Ryan and Lauren storyline supposed to be happening?

 

 

Loved the Mehndi celebrations tonight! Reminiscent of the new year Syed/Amira stuff last year. Good promo for Kelly Rowland too. :D
