A gay mitchell is unheard of. They are stereotypically "ard men". This could easily a nice and slighly sad storyline.

Faith Olubunmi, Mercy's sister, who is going to appear in the third series of E20 is going to be introduced as a regular character in EastEnders - obviously something for grandmother Grace to do (who, herself, really should be used a lot more than she is).

 

New guest/recurring character:

A fourth Moon brother named Craig who has Down's Syndrome.

What is it with all these moon slowly coming out the woodwork? And they all seem to be men. Are they trying to be the new Mitchells?

Of, I find these Moons far more interesting than the sometimes lifeless Kat and Alfie (who are great at times, but when they're background characters, are very irritating!) I thought tonight's was quite good; the hysteria over a fire in the garden's was hilarious. Also, Anthony is definitely the new fittest character on the square. :wub:

Kat and Alfie may have their flaws, and their on/off antics can be SOMETIMES a tad repetitive and tedious. But "lifeless" they've NEVER been.

Jessie Wallace is easily in the top 3 best actresses in soap atm, sadly Kat is very underused though :(

How is Kat underused? Have you been watching Eastenders? Kat has been the frontrunner actress of the soap the minute she arrived back.

I agree, underused she is not.

The convo between the new moon and Michael was slightly awkward. That bugged me.
