Nu Lucy remains dreadful. Barely above Lola in the acting stakes. I fully hope we see a bit of progression if she is to stay.

I like Lola, I don't think she's bad actress at all. It was nice to see the mention of some British gold winnners, but it did seem a bit cheesy and rushed - Jean just seemed to be repeating herself "oh, who was the other one...oh that's it! And the other one...that's the one!"

Lola just doesnt hit it off with me, i dont know if it is her acting or the storylines but she still remains a forgetable charactor for me. The new Lucy is quiet hit and miss with me, again im not sure if its the actress or the charactor i dont like.

Sharon really is the most LUDICROUS of creatures. I wasn't on board with her return when the news broke, but I'm beginning to think "the Dolly Bird" will be RIGHT at home in Bizarro Albert Square where Janine Butcher is a mother and housewife, Heather Trott is at the centre of a major WHODUNNIT, and Ian Beale is a tramp.

 

I particularly loved that she just "forgot" she had a child when she ran out on her wedding, and that she's also inherited Vanessa's wardrobe of white power suits.

I too found it amusing that she forgot her child not once, but TWICE (when she was busy arguing with her fiance, whose sister then helped kidnap him.)

 

Also I believe that white power suit would be her wedding attire! As much as I'd love to see Sharon channeling Vanessa.

Sharon will be back in black soon enough. It's SLIMMING. I love her but I'm glad this nonsense with the wedding is out the way now so we can get down to the real business of Sharon swapping catty remarks with Tanya.

Aw, but she's been left with so much responsibility for months while having no money at all! I'm not surprised she's reacting the way she is! She doesn't know the full extent of Ian's breakdown and the reasoning behind it so it makes sense she thinks he's left her completely on her own.

It is lovely to see Sharon back on screen, i know this may sound stupid as i cant explain it properly but there is just something so EastEnders about her presence, its a flashback of all the other great eastender charactors who were once in the show and she always reminds of so many golden greats that the show has delivered through the years.

So which on-screen characters actually knew Sharon back in the day?! Because at the moment, it seems as if only Phil and Shirley remember he had more than one wife!

 

I can't say I've formed a huge opinion on her yet, although that white suit really is ridiculous and quite off-putting at the moment, so... Her son is also an awful actor.

Yes Denny (very annoying name) appears to be a very bad actor but we must allow time as its more than likely his first tv job and im sue its extremely daunting and nervous for him. Sharon would know Phil and Ian and Janine. However when Dot, Bianca and Carol return they should know her aswell, Bianca and Sharon will clash i am sure, Tiffany (Grants Wife) was always in Sharons shadow which Bianca knew so that will probably resurface in some shape or form.

Sharon knew Kat (they didn't always get on since Zoe was involved in Den's demise), Alfie, Billy, Patrick, Lucy...

 

Oh i forgot about Sharon knowing Kat and of course Billy and Patrick too.

Now THAT was SO MUCH MORE LIKE IT. I swear Sharon was never this camp.
