Loved the major development in Tanya's family last night

Clearly Tanya got away from her family after her dad died and Rainie has still resented her for it

Apparently Rob (Whitney's pimp) sends somebody called Lee to trick Whitney into going with him on a date. She realises but Rob follows her to Southend and that's where Ryan kills him.

So glad to see the back of Julie, no sad loss there.

Same, she was a crap actress and a dull character.

I actually found myself feeling for Julie's character in this episode. Up until now she's been a total bore. I also thought that Greg and Julie both pulled out some good performances despite the fact that they both struggle quite a bit in the acting department.

 

Talking of acting, Lola is AWFUL - one of the worst teen actors I think I've ever seen in a soap. Whoever cast her was clearly just looking at her face.

Im glad Julie is gone, her characactor did nothing for me, the only disapointing thing is that Billy didnt go with her. Lola i havnt made my mind up on yet, i think they are trying to make her the new stacey and if that is the case it just wont work.

 

Cora im loving more and more, and rainie is really growing on me, i hop ethey both stay on the show,

Zainab/Yusef spoiler:

He continues upping the dosage of her pills until she collapses and then he puts an empty bottle in her hand to make it look like a suicide attempt when the rest of the Masoods find her. Zainab herself can't even remember what happened.

 

 

Vanessa/Max/Tanya spoiler:

In tonight's episode Jack spots Max and Tanya kissing behind the Vic and they decide to come clean and leave Vanessa and Greg later this week. Greg sells the house to Janine. Vanessa has a meltdown when she finds out and smashes Max's house up. She moves into Kim's B&B where Michael persuades her to help him get revenge on Eddie.

 

 

Amira spoiler:

She returns to the Square after managing to escape from her father who has been holding she and her daughter prisoner in his mansion. There'll be exclusive red button scenes from September 8th.

 

 

Sounds like September onwards is going to be much better...

Really bizarre episode tonight! I liked the concept of spending a whole afternoon just in the Vic. I'm not sure the execution was flawless but it was still a refreshing change from the ordinary. I didn't mind Jean being an idiot and I thought the Kat and Jack stuff was cute. Also I'm really beginning to loon for Tanya again. I love her. I LOVE HER.

Tanya has been a wet blanket since she joined. Her and Jane should be drown in the canal for their own sake. For a program with very strong female charatcers they are irrittaing at best and embarrasing at worst. They should have called her Rainie she's so wet.
