I get the feeling that the iTunes chart might have frozen and Beyonce will be #1 in the next update.

I was away to say that. She was to close not to go to number one. Anyway she should be number one come sunday unless she loses the #01 iTunes spot come sunday!

Yep, Bey is number 1  SHE'S DONE IT  So happy for her, after this was looking like a (relative) flop era! :P
I don't think she will get to #1 officially due to the loss of Sunday sales, but hopefully it can go top 3. Mabye it can get it next week, but I think DJ Fresh might be out, if I am not mistaken which could stop it? I might be wrong though. I would love 'Best Thing I Never Had' to be a #1.
It's not too late if she remains in the lead over Jason Derulo for the remander of the week! A video would have been perfect now for Beyonce!

She'll need to get quite a big lead. Sunday is the biggest sales day of the week, losing Sunday sales sets a song back far more than you'd expect.

Go Beyonce! :w00t:

Hopefully she'll build a huge lead so she can get to #1. I'm sort of doubtful though. What stopped WTGA from getting to #1? Was it Bruno Mars?

I only think she can be #1 on sunday if she holds a huge lead.

but yay for Bey :D

DJ Fresh is so popular. Everybody is talking about the song, so I think it might be #1. It's quite a good song too. I noticed at the end it does that thing like in In For the Kill, Pass Out and Frisky, where the all the extra drums and the extra instruments come in during the last 30 seconds or so. People always seem to love that. More songs should do it imo.

I'd like Beyonce to get #1 this week, as I prefer her song to Jason's (and Jason has already been #1 anyway). It'll be difficult though. Missing out on Sunday sales is such a hinderance.

It was Party Rock Anthem, but it charted at #3, so there was another song ahead too.

I think she's guaranteed top 5 though.

EDIT: Also, I get the feeling that Jason will decrease dramatically now so if Beyonce doesn't get to #1, Example might return there officially. :o

No doubt about it, Louder is going to #1 next week with opening sales of above 100k, maybe 120-130k?

If Beyonce's going to do it, she needs to do it this week - and I really hope that she does, because it would be the most quality #1 we've had in quite some time...(at least since Someone Like You )

Today's top 100 update (Beyoncé got to #1 after 8pm, so tough for her, she's down as #2 for today.)

Six new entries today and despite the fact Glastonbury ended two days ago, five of the new entries are by acts who performed there. Beyoncé lands 2 more new entries, with new album track I Was Here entering at #88 and catalogue title If I Were A Boy making its first top 100 appearance since 29/05/2011 at #97. Coldplay also get two more new entries, the two new B-Sides on the Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall EP selling enough to make the top 100 in their own right - Major Minus enters at #88 and Moving To Mars makes #96. (In addition to the 9 Beyoncé entries and the 8 Coldplay entries we already had, this means 21% of the top 100 are by either Beyoncé or Coldplay). Queens Of The Stone Age who headlined the Other Stage on Sunday make a belated top 100 appearance with arguably their most well-known song, No One Knows makings its first post-29/05/2011 top 100 appearance at #86. Chipmunk provides an unrelated sixth new entry as his upcoming third Transition single Take Off featuring Trey Songz makes the top 100 at #98. Birdy also re-enters with her The xx cover Shelter at #84 to make 7 top 100 entries, with entries from Ed Sheeran, Cascada, Rihanna, Alexis Jordan, Jennifer Lopez, Parade and Chris Brown being booted out.

With pathetic sales! :puke2:

Her performance at Glastonbury was just shown again, so that should give it a good boost.
Beyonce being #1 would make it the best #1 of the year so far! Maybe SLY is on par with it? Okay it is.
There repeating beyonce's Glastonbury performance tonight, Maybe this will give the song a boost now it's #1
