Klingande finish 4th in BJSC LIX hosted by Ramrynia!

 

After the final results show held in Ramrynia on Sunday evening, it was revealed that Ramrynia entry 'Jubel' by Klingande had finished in 4th place with 169 points. This means for the second contest in a row, Ramrynia have beaten their previous record points total achieved in a single final! Congratulations to Klingande on this fantastic achievement and thank you to everyone who voted for 'Jubel'! Also, thank you to everyone who participated in the contest here in Ramrynia!

Chelsea Lankes represents Ramrynia in BJSC LX!

 

Tonight the host country of BJSC LX, Trifoski, revealed the entries for the 60th edition of BJSC! It was therefore revealed that Chelsea Lankes would represent Ramrynia with the song 'Ghost' and was drawn 17th in the second semi final running order! The song is slightly different to previous entries from Ramrynia with an indie-pop feel, so we look forward to seeing how Chelsea does in this contest!

Chelsea finishes in 12th place in BJSC LX

 

After tonight's BJSC LX results show hosted by Trifoski, it was revealed that Ramrynia representative Chelsea Lankes and her song 'Ghost' had finished in 12th place with 88 points! It was also revealed that in the second semi final, Chelsea finished in 11th place with 73 points. Thank you to everyone who voted for Chelsea in this contest! We look forward to the upcoming "The Best of" competitions and BJSC LXI in Elëdan next year.

Borgeous represents Ramrynia in BJSC LX!

 

This week it was revealed that American DJ and producer Borgeous would represent Ramrynia in BJSC LXI with the fantastic progressive house track 'Invincible'! 'Invincible' is Borgeous' first solo single with Spinnin' Records and is probably best known for 'Tsunami', a collaboration with DVBBS. This is one of our favourite entries ever and we really hope you all enjoy it!

Borgeous finish 25th in BJSC LXI final following fantastic semi final result!

 

Tonight, Elëdan hosted a fantastic results show for the final of BJSC LXI and it was revealed that Borgeous had finished in 25th place for Ramrynia with 66 points. While this is the lowest position Ramrynia have achieved when qualifying for the final, it was later revealed that Borgeous had finished in a fantastic 2nd place in the first semi final, only behind eventual winners Daehun! Thank you to everyone who voted for Borgeous in this contest and we are pleased to have been part of a fantastic final.

 

Congratulations to Daehun on winning BJSC LXI who received 12 points from Ramrynia. We look forward to competing in BJSC LXII which is to be hosted in Daehun!

Ramrynia's entrant for BJSC LXII is Indiana!

 

Tonight one of the two host countries of BJSC LXII, Persephonia, revealed the running orders of the two semi-finals. It was therefore announced that Ramrynia would be represented by Indiana with her fantastic song 'Solo Dancing' and will take part in the second semi-final with the hope of being one of the 15 second semi-final qualifiers. 'Solo Dancing' is a change in sound for Ramrynia and we hope the rest of this contest's participants love it as much as we do!

Indiana qualifies for BJSC LXII final and releases new music video!

 

It was revealed tonight in the BJSC LXII semi-final results show hosted by Persephonia that Indiana successfully qualified for the final of BJSC LXII to be hosted by last contest's winning country, Daehun. Thank you to all of the countries who have supported Indiana so far!

 

In addition, Indiana has just released her new music video for 'Solo Dancing'. You can watch it below!

 

Indiana finishes 4th after winning semi final!

 

After the BJSC LXII final results show held in Daehun, it was revealed that Indiana had finished in 4th place for Ramrynia with 154 points! Furthermore it was later revealed by semi final hosts Persephonia that Indiana had won the second semi-final with 99 points, the first Ramrynia entry to achieve a semi-final victory! Thank you to everyone who voted for Indiana in this contest and we are very pleased with the top 5 finish!

 

Bebe Rexha to represent Ramrynia in BJSC LXIII!

 

This evening, the entries taking part in the two semi-finals were announced. Therefore it has been revealed that Ramrynia will be represented by Bebe Rexha with her fantastic pop song 'I Can't Stop Drinking About You' and she will take part in the first semi-final with the hope of being one of the 15 first semi-final qualifiers. We hope the rest of the participants love the song as much as we do!

Well there's no point having a post about an entry that turned out not to be the entry!

Bebe Rexha finishes 14th in BJSC LXIII

 

After last night's results show held by host countries FARC and Aeroche, it was revealed that Bebe Rexha had finished in 14th place for Ramrynia with her song 'I Can't Stop Drinking About You', scoring 87 points! Furthermore, the semi-final results were also revealed and showed that Ramrynia had finished in 12th place in the first semi-final with 60 points. Another top 15 finish is a great result for Ramrynia and we look forward to the next contest which will be hosted by Elëdan following their victory in BJSC LXIII!

For the first time ever in the main BJSC contest, Ramrynia are welcoming back a previous representative of our country in BJSC, and the artist we are welcoming back is Emerentia! After previously finishing 7th with 'Wasting Water' just over a year ago, Emerentia has released a brand new single called 'Silver Bullet' and this song will be the Ramrynia entry for BJSC LXIV. It is another fantastic pop song with an incredibly catchy chorus and we hope that the rest of the participants enjoy the song as much as we do!

 

Recycling one of your own artists is at least a change from recycling other people's artists I guess ~

Emerentia finishes 14th in BJSC LXIV!

 

Following the news that the BJSC LXIV semi-finals had been cancelled, Bignia-Zaragovina hosted the final results show where all 52 countries participated. With the contest using an expanded voting system, this gave the opportunity for Ramrynia entry Emerentia to collect more points than she would have achieved without the system. Her song 'Silver Bullet' accumulated 141 points which gave Ramrynia an excellent finish of 14th place out of the 52 entries. Thank you to Bignia-Zaragovina and Ashton for hosting the contest and to everyone who supported our entry in this contest.

 

The next contest will be taking place in FSR Rontvia following their eighth win in the contest, and this contest will see Ramrynia enter something completely different to ever before. We look forward to seeing the reaction to our next entry and keep a look out in this thread over the next few days for a few clues!
