100. Still Life - The Horrors

 

Yay for The Horrors finally looking like having a top 100 single :D I just hope it does a 'Live Those Days Tonight' instead of an 'Under Cover Of Darkness'/'If You Wanna'. Because it'll be annoying to see yet another song come so close to the top 40 but miss out because it was released on the same day as the album. Although it actually going top 40 like 'Papillon' and 'Cousins' would be ideal. :P

 

The Horrors have had a top 40 hit, during their 'NME neo-goth' first album phase. I'd like to see them blag another, but it looks like it'll settle for a top 75 placing at best.

Yeah, I realised since I posted that. I must have just thought they had no hits because they had none off 'Primary Colours' which I think of as their 'breakthrough' (although it didn't do *that* much better than 'Strange House')

Dj Fresh - Louder 65%

 

I know it looks like Wanted have number 1 in the bag! If Dj Fresh reduces the gap to around 10% come Wednesday then Dj Fresh could still end up at number one but I doubt this.
