I'll bet pretty much all of the dislikes are pathetic Avicii fan boys -_-

Its seemed to die down now about the Avicii thing, wonder if they've sorted it? :unsure:

 

I'm actually happy its not out till 4th Sep now, havent heard it anywhere yet the true hype and radio/tv support will all be happening in August so i'm bit relieved about that as i was bit concerned with the long 7 week wait.

Funny how a few weeks later, Leona comes back with a song whose instrumental has been around for months now, and basicaly ripping off the Avicii track without his consent... So who's lacking originality now?

According to comparemyradio.com, Collide has had 43 plays in the last 30 days (mostly from obscure digital stations sadly), compared to 45 for The Saturdays' All Fired Up (mostly on variations of Capital, plus 1 on Heart London and 1 on Radio 1, obviously the premiere) and 298 for Pixie Lott's All About Tonight (mostly on variations of Capital again, plus a few on Radio 2 and a couple on Radio 1, a lot on Smash Hits radio and a few on various obscure digital stations). I think the support for Leona will pick up, Pixie is by far the most supported so far airplay wise but AAT been out for much long than AFU or Collide. I can AFU being the biggest airplay hit, in time Collide will probably outdo AAT on radio.

Woah :mellow: Now THAT is childish... The song is actually better than Fade Into Darkness, and could help Avicii. He may not be happy with the plagarism, but that's not the best solution, he just comes up worse then!

They're no different from the other acts fans though. GaGa and Beyoyo fans are probably the worst (although Britney fans are just as bad - TWITTER-GATE!). Particularly GaGa fans! :lol: I remember something regarding Britney and a poll which allowed the fans to choose her next single, GaGa fans were voting for 'Trip to Your Heart' as it's "the least likely to be a hit". I must say I did LOL when I read that (mainly because it's my favourite track from 'Femme Fatale' and it WILL do the worst LOL) but still doesn't stop it from being a pathetic thing to do. Especially when they don't really gain anything out of it themselves :lol:

I just saw a comment posted on the VEVO video saying that Leona said in an interview that although Avicii is created, she's going to release 'Collide' as Leona Lewis featuring Avicii. :o I hope that's not true. -_-

Yeah, she shouldn't give into him tbh :(
