PREDICT THE UK TOP 10 SINGLES & ALBUMS

FOR SUNDAY 2nd APRIL CHARTS

 :cheer:   :cheer:

All you have to do is predict what the Top 10 Singles & Top 10 Album chart will be (in order) come the chart countdown on SUNDAY 2nd APRIL.

The point scoring will be as follows:

Everyone starts off with 200 POINTS

A point will be deducted for each chart prediction a record is away from its actual chart position. (For example: if you've predicted a record to be at #3 & it's at #11, then you will lose 8 POINTS).

If you have predicted a record to be inside the Top 10 & it is outside the Top 40 - then the chart position will be assumed to be #41 (However records that are postponed/pulled/ineligible from their release date at the last minute - will count as NON RELEASES (N/A) - you will not lose points other than those for missing a record inside the Top10 - See Below.

In addition if you have failed to predict a record that is inside the Top 10 - then your score will be deducted - 2x points of it's charted position (Example: #1 = 2x10 = 20 POINTS; #2 = 2x9 = 18 POINTS ...down to #10 = 2x1 = 2 POINTS) & 3x points if it is a New Entry* (Example: #1 = 3x10 = 30 POINTS; #2 = 3x9 = 27 POINTS.... down to #10 = 3x1 = 3 POINTS).

*New Entry = 1st week of physical sales - so it may be a record's 2nd week on the chart! (Bloody confusing OCC rules!!!)

However you can pick up bonus points by predicting the actual sales of the number 1 single & number 1 album.

The closest will get a bonus of 15 POINTS; 2nd closest =10 POINTS; 3rd closest = 5 POINTS.

If it is an unpredictable week & the weekly winner has a total of less than 100 Points - that week's winner score will be pegged at 100 POINTS & everyone else will get the equivalent score below 100 points (eg. the Top score is 83; & the 2nd place person has 76 - then the scores will be moved up by 17 points to 100 & 93 respectively). If the last placed person is 100 or more points behind the winner then their score will be 0 points for the week.

Post your Top 10 Predictions before MONDAY EVENING (c.18:00 Hrs) on 27TH MARCH.

It may be a good strategy to edit/enter your entry at the weekend due to singles being pulled from release & have a good idea what the chart is on that Sunday (via midweeks, etc)

Many Thanks for all of your entries on GAME – Sunday 26th March Chart. The results will contain entries from here & CHC.
