So so pleased to see Adele at #1, for a song like Someone Like You to be #1 over in America is outstanding!

Love On Top is in the middle of the 4 rankings for me, but I have to admit the performance was superb
It kinda annoys me that Mirrors is so high. It's one of the most generic songs on the album, I just knew this would happen too because of the name. Blunt Blowin' to replace it.

Blunt Blowin' is at #11 now!! :o Two songs going top 10! :o His album is going to be massive (not that we didn't know this already )!

The only other album I can think of with 2 songs going top 10 on release week was Eminem's from last year, with Love the Way You Lie going straight to #1, and No Love also going top 10 (Lil Wayne and Haddaway fans, and also the fact that the song is incredible got it there I assume).

glad to see Adele at 1 in the US again with 'Someone like you'...

hope it becomes her 2nd number 1 on the BB Hot 100...

IIRC Taylor Swift had about 4 or more top 10. But in terms of hip-hop albums, I think you're right. I can't remember any others with such massive debut weeks. Although, this IS Tha Carter IV, so it's to be expected.

Not only that, How to Love is now at #17 AND #38! :o

Lil Wayne is a bit up and down as his albums in Tha Carter sell a ton loads but his previous album didn't sell as well (I think?)
Adele  Now all we need is for her to get that Billboard Hot 100! She really has been a mega success story this year!

Oh yeah, Taylor Swift. She released 3 or 4 promo singles I think, which I think put a lot of people in the situation where they bought so many of them that the remaining album tracks they liked came to a cheaper total price than the actual album, hence a lot of cherry-picking. A similar thing happened in the UK with one of Take That's album, and all the songs went in the top 100 as a result.

You and I up to #3 now! :o

Blunt Blowin' STILL #11! :drama: I hope it can crack the top 10. I'm sure nobody will mind if Party Rock Anthem leaves.

I hope it leaves ASAP..... Party Rock Anthem is awful, no idea how it reached #1...

You sure about that :P It's weird that everyone on the internet seems to hate the song, but just about everyone I know in real life loves it  I'm also not a fan of Lil Wayne, his rapping is soo annoying I'm glad he isn't big in the UK and scoring number ones from nowhere :teresa: Great to see Adele at number one, SLY deserves to be a smash there just so she isn't seen as a one hit wonder (and of course the fact that it's a very good song)

Adele was never seen as a one hit wonder  Both her albums have been a big success there!

Chasing Pavements was a moderate hit for Adele in the US and the follow-up Rolling In The Deep smashed the charts so she isn't a one hit wonder already ^_^

Oh trust me, they won't. It's been overplayed TO DEATH.

Yeah, but to be fair, I Am Not A Human Being started as an EP of leftovers that ended up growing into an album. It was essentially a B-side collection to Tha Carter IV, so a number 1 peak is pretty good, all things considered.

As for Rebirth... it deserved its fate. -_-

16 different songs in the iTunes T100 - 19 in total (including the Kelly Rowland collaboration). I'm impressed.

The only tracks yet to creep into the T100 from the album are: Track 1 (Intro), Track 10 (Abortion) and Track 19 (Up Up and Away).

(S) = Single Version.
