Maybe not stop *entirely*, but I certainly use it less than I did, because of them...

You're still in a minority.

lol.

I have come across a few unskippable adverts though.

Although I do remember back to when I started using Youtube, and I had a dial-up connection, and it took probably 10 minutes to load up the average music video. So it doesn't really seem that bad when I think back to how it used to be.

I know them all, except Danza Kuduro?

this has become a real summer anthem this year all over europe (except the uk ...). the song itself was already released in 2010 but featured on the soundtrack of "the fast and the furious 5". soon it became a big download-hit and as airplay kicked in it climbed up the carts (No 1 in Italy, 2 in Norway, 3 in Sweden, 4 in Spain and Austria, ...).

And it spent some ridiculous length of time at #1 on one of the US airplay charts (Latin Pop Songs I think). But it never really blew up on sales, it only barely dented the Hot 100 IIRC and that was with its big airplay included.

Apparently, it's spent 8 weeks at no.1 on the italian chart, although that pales to the 15 weeks that on the floor spent on top of the spanish charts

I never watch a Vevo video any more - unless it's actually the video I want to see and I don't just want to listen to the music. I always go for a result further down in the search.
Is this the one that has 600 people on Facebook? I highly doubt they make up more than 1% of Bieber's total thumbs down.

And 1 view is 0.7 US cents (0.4p in UK currency) so even if all 600 do it every day that amounts to giving Bieber £2.40 a day. Not exactly a huge amount...

They spammed loads of rock videos to get people to thumbs down.
