Some of the fallers from the 40, might just climb back up next week, hopefully Christina Perri might get a top 40 entry and that's wishful thinking, I can see most of the Amy tracks vanishing without a trace, plus there isn't hardly any new releases. So we haven't seen the last of Price Tag yet :(

The past few months, I've honestly been starting to get absolutely sick of Price Tag. It's getting to the stage where I think I never want to listen to the song, ever again.

I'll always give the song kudos, since I did like it at first though.

I don't get that kind of attitude. Apart from a few songs I first got in to when very young, I haven't (in over 30 years of music) liked a song to start with then got "sick of it". Some songs/records haven't aged well, but I could still very easily listen to them

Bob Marley & The Wailers are on 420 weeks - how appropriate :D

It's not an "attitude" really. It's just simply that I used to like it, and now I don't. I think the reason I don't like it anymore is because I've heard it 5 times a day for 6 months now.

The opposite happens to me aswell. I don't like a song when I first hear it, but months later as I hear it more and more I gradually come to love it (notable recent example for me being E.T. by Katy Perry).

When I hear Price Tag now, I cringe, and my natural instinct is to walk out of the room/shop, or change the radio station/TV channel. I do that without thinking now. I just want to hear something different I guess.

What? Why? A new peak for this classic!

WWE wrestler CM Punk has started using it as theme music, it was heavily featured on last weeks WWE Raw tv show.

Such a random song to chart but good for them. They sold probably more singles last week than earlier this millennium put together lol

In case you didn't notice, Kelly Rowlands's Here I Am failed to chart.
