It would be nice to see them get their first No.1, but sadly i doubt it. Top 3 maybe?
Their album is high on pre-orders at the moment, I think top 3 for them, as they are big album sellers.

Let's hope so.

On first listen, it sounds like a rehash of 'Vlad the Impaler.' I imagine it will make the top 10, then drop like a stone.

Except it has the one thing "Vlad" lacked - a killer chorus :D

Hopefully R1 will pick up on it, although even support of Arctic Monkeys and Red Hot Chilli Peppers didn't do wonders. I do think a T20 single in certain, with a T10 possibly - depends on whether come the end of August there has been a build-up of hype and airplay.

But, as we know... Kasabian (and most other bands) are album-sellers, so sales of the single may be held back to accomodate the entire album.

Yes they should get a Top 10 at the most, then get a No.1 album.

Could this be a shock #1?

It certainly *would* be a shock - but it ain't gonna happen!

'Underdog' is the only song of theirs I've ever liked.
